Balearic Holiday Villas is a family-run boutique holiday villa rental company based in Pollença Old Town, Mallorca. With over 15 years of experience in holiday rentals and 26 years of local property expertise through our sister company, Balearic Properties, we offer a carefully selected collection of villas and holiday homes in Mallorca and across the Balearic Islands. We specialise in hand-picked holiday villas chosen for their comfort, quality, character, location and facilities. From private villas with swimming pools to traditional homes and stylish holiday properties, we focus on finding accommodation where guests can relax and enjoy an authentic Balearic holiday. Our holiday rental business was created to provide an additional service to the property owners we have worked with over many years. Many of the villas we represent are homes that we know personally through our long-standing relationships with their owners, giving us a genuine understanding of each property and the experience it offers. As a small, independent company with our own premises in the heart of Pollença Old Town, we provide a personal and knowledgeable service. Our local team is on hand to help guests choose the right villa, answer questions and provide support throughout their stay. We believe that the details matter. Every property is carefully considered, with particular attention to comfort, quality and the overall holiday experience. Whether you are looking for a holiday villa in Pollença, Mallorca or elsewhere in the Balearic Islands, Balearic Holiday Villas combines carefully selected properties with personal service and extensive local knowledge.See more
