We Love Bali Laundry service!
It’s our 3rd time this trip using Bali Laundry. The Villa pick up service is so convenient and the laundry comes back smelling beautiful! They are so communicative and pick up/return at the exact times they say they will. Highly recommend!

Easy quick cleaned and pressed for £10 4.5 kg
The process was so simple, I booked a slot bagged up laundry and left it in the lobby for collection.bali laundry weighed took photo proof of weight and billed me amount owed. They kept me constantly in the loop regarding the wash and even of stains that could not be removed without strong chemo.
Notifications were sent on it’s return to our hotel.washed and pressed all for£10 in less than 6hrs

We needed emergency clothes washed and…
We needed emergency clothes washed and had organised through Bali Laundry to pick up our clothes to be washed in a super expressed service.
From first contact, we had clear, precise, fast communication from this business with photo evidence of pick up, weight of the washing and any stains that we were not aware of.
Communication was all the way through till drop off at out hotel lobby.
Thank you Bali Laundry for your speedy service, I now have clothes to go out in on the same day.

We had amazing service from Bali laundry! As soon as I submitted an inquiry they got back to me within 5 minutes, and our clothes were picked up within half an hour from our villa. They were in touch every step of the way and our clothes came back to us in the timeframe they gave us all folded and clean / smelling great. It was such a good price also for all of our clothes! Highly recommend.

Bali’s Most Convenient Laundry Service
The best laundry pickup and drop service.
They are extremely digitise from booking to pick up to drop off. (I was notified at every step)
My little one stained her shirts and they did an awesome job removing it.
They did an express service and were well within the time frames.
Highly recommended!!!

Worst laundry company ever, not even 1 star worthy
Worst laundry company ever, I brought 5 kilo of clothes worth at least €500+, when their driver lost my clothes they offered a refund for €50. My whole time on Bali is ruined, if you hold any value to your clothes don’t go here. (It's a lie that they issued a full refund, they refuned 50euro, whilst the clothes where worth 500+ euro at least, never bring your laundry here if you care about your clothes)

We are truly sorry for what happened and understand how upsetting this was for you. Losing your clothes while on holiday is completely unacceptable, and we’re very sorry that this experience affected your time in Bali.
To be transparent, your laundry was lost after our driver was involved in a road accident during delivery. While we are grateful he was not seriously injured, we take full responsibility for the loss of your items. This is not the standard of service we want to provide to anyone.
After the incident, our team contacted you immediately, investigated the route, and unfortunately could not recover the bag. We then issued a full refund for your order according to our policy. We understand that no refund can replace the value or sentimental importance of your clothes, and we are genuinely sorry that our offer felt insufficient to you.
Your feedback is very important to us, and we are reviewing our procedures to reduce the risk of something like this ever happening again.
Once again, our sincere apologies. Terima kasih! 🙏
