Best service for laundry with hotel pick-up
Since I have come to Bali, I have been using this service for laundry pick up from the hotel (4 years now). They have excellent service and keep you well informed about the pick up, drop off, payment, and the laundry (difficult stains, one sock in the bag, etc..) Quick responding and always the 'Bali laundry scent' that I love in my package of fresh clothes.

Great service
Great service - clothes were picked up from the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Resort and dropped back 24 hrs later. Clothes smell really fresh. Communication on WhatsApp was super clear and I always had a response. Would use again if we were staying longer. Thanks!

Top quality service
We used Bali laundry three times while in Bali, in Nusa Dua, Sanur and Kuta and each time was awesome service! Great communication at all stages. Highly recommend.

Moved around Bali quite a bit with the kids, so had a fair bit of washing.
Booked on the Wednesday night, had everything picked up Thursday morning and delivered back to our hotel Thursday night (8kg worth).

The service was great
The service was great. Very quick turn around and items are well washed and pressed. Communication was also excellent regarding children’s items with marks or stains. Would definitely use Ali Laundry again on our next trip.

Good service
I used the service twice, once for normal delivery and once for express.
Both times the service was excellent from the beginning of the process (pickup) to the end (delivery). The clothes were also very well packaged.

Good service & excellent communication
Good service & excellent communication. I was surprised though that some stains could not be removed though because the same stains were removed after washing them at home for a second time using our washing machine at home.

Had our laundry picked up from our hotel and brought back the same day with the express service. The whole experience was seamless, our clothes came back so clean, smelt amazing and everything was pressed beautifully! We will definitely use Bali laundry again!!
