Hello, we apologize for the whole situation. At your request, we immediately resolved the change of delivery address with the shipping company UPS. They contacted us saying that we cannot change the address, but that you must request the change yourself. Our colleagues have informed you about this and sent you the procedure for requesting a new address. Unfortunately, we could not do more because UPS gave us clear instructions, which we have forwarded to you.

My order was just suddenly cancelled with no reason given. I was refunded, but just to cancel my order? Did I do something wrong? Did you list inventory you didn't have? I don't know. Not shopping here again. Sorry.
