I purchased a wood pellet stove from Balkan Energy two years ago. The stove has worked well since new, although the build quality isnt great. The door hinges sag a little now and the latch catches on both the top door and cleaning door. Recently I contacted them through their contact form to request a replacement burn pot. I sent multiple emails to their .net and .co.uk emails and got no response. I them messaged them through whatsapp and got a response. They said they would check to see if they have a burn pot for my stove. Two days later, I contacted them again to see if they have the burn pot and I have had to contact them multiple times to get them to respond. When they responded they were less than helpful and said they dont make them burn pots any more. and to check their website to see if any of the other burn pots there might fit. You would have thought that they could tell me what would or might work. Now I have a two year old 3k euro stove thats useless and the manufacturer seems not to care too much.

Ordered a multi-fuel stove from these people.They have a great range of stoves, but wasn't sure about them as they are in Sofia, and an unknown quantity ( they may have other branches). I'm in Ireland. However, they answered all my initial queries by phone and email, and they take PayPal, so that security gave me confidence to order from them. Stove arrived fully tracked in app 10 days. It's now installed, working perfectly and beautifully. I highly recommend the company to anyone looking for a stove..they have great choices, and customer service is excellent. Competitive pricing in all they sell.

I must confess I did not expect this business to be legit. But, after confirming the validity of the VAT IDs and that I could pay with PayPal, I took the risk.
They sent a stove all across Europe and it was delivered in Portugal about 3 weeks after the purchase. The price is unbeatable, especially if you are looking for an Eco-Design certified item, which you should if you are concerned about air quality and energy efficiency. Plus, it includes free shipping, which is not common for items this heavy even when you buy locally.
