Don’t go near this website with a barge pole, they are fake scammers. My nail dust collector came with a European plug and they won’t take a return or refund. £74 wasted!!!!!!

I would have given zero stars if possible. This company is utterly fraudulent. Everything about the site leads you to believe they are a UK company however when my item was sent it had to come through customs. It was an electrical item and arrived with no packaging or instructions. There was no labels on the product and it had a two pin plug. The item did not work at all and when I asked to return I was sent an address in the US and told postage was at my own cost. When I questioned this I eventually stopped receiving replies. Please do not waste your time or money on this company. Luckily I paid by PayPal and got a full refund, thank goodness for them.

I wish I read the reviews first before purchase with this company,no order ,no communication,will fail for money back to my bank.

Ordered a 125.00 kit in November, still not received at its the end of January we have emailed over and over each week but no response. Asked for a refund no response. 100% the worst company we have ever dealt with. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!. They will take your money and not deliver goods. These deserve minus stars. We have waited the correct times to travel over seas and a lot longer m. Stay away.

Ordered nail set for £29.99. I Got because I wanted a really good quality set. Got sent something that looked like it came from really cheap Chinese shop. Nothing like described which stated high quality, suitable for professionals salon quality results. Has all the big magazine brands like vogue glamour Instyle women’s health all over the website making it appear it’s something it’s not. The case it came in is cheap and nasty and the painting on the tools are wonky and chipped also came with fingerprints all over. Disgusting! The box it came in was a Chinese writing all over it like what you would order for £2 from temu. All the reviews on the site are 5 stars so obviously fake!

Load of rubbish, the items have not arrived after many weeks and they are impossible to get in touch with.

If I had known it would be Chinese tat I wouldn’t have ordered, useless bunch of id10ts.

A complete waste of space. I have order a kit worth £120 for it not to be delivered and is lost.

I would give this 0 stars if possible. Their website appears to be riddled with fake good reviews. Wish I'd checked here first. Absolutely atrocious quality, nothing like description. I emailed them and they said they would pass it onto a manager - they didn't. I emailed again and they have consistently ignored me!

Ordered a kit and never received it. Emailed like 10times, first used to get a response to wait a bit longer, now they are ignoring my emails! SCAM!!! Stay away!

Posted the full nail kit. What a load of crap. Cheap quality. Loads of messages to and from. Sent the it all back through Royal mail recorded delivery. They have recieved and still waiting on a refund! NEVER ORDER THROUGH THESE 'PEOPLE' money grabbing... hope karma comes round soon!

I was very sceptical about this company I ordered the full nail kit and lamp then read the reviews then panicked I tried to cancel the order but had already been dispatched so I thought I’d wait and see they replied to my emails real fast and provided a tracking number it took 10 days to activate maybe as it was the Christmas period but a month to the date it arrived and she is more than happy with it great quality items would recommend but you will have a month wait as it from China overall I’m very happy with the company

Scum!!! Recommended by my nail technician course tutor to use this company. Faulty item, no returns, no refund, no replacement. Contacting appropriate authorities immediately .. happy to delete this review if quickly resolved

Keep away from this company. I waited for 6 weeks for a cheap foreign import that does not work and they don't have the decency to give tge return address. Its a scam and I will be contacting Trading Standards. They don't deserve even 1 star should be a minus.

They don’t even deserve one star. Dodgy company. Asked for return address for refund no one gets back. It’s been a month and still waiting for it.

This review is of my experience with this company. I have left details of how to get in contact with them. By trying for yourself you can compare the experience to those that give this company 5 stars. When you buy your item you will see the "secure lock symbol" on the tool bar. You will go through the procedure of purchasing your item, it all seems legit enough. You will get a confirmation email, then a little while later another email saying "if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask, your order is on it's way" there is a contact BALLERINANAILS.COM with the following phone number +44 424 388794. There is NO address given. When I emailed them they provided some dodgy parcel tracking number with a dodgy parcel service company. This was at the start of August 2022. Still no reply after requesting a refund. No reply asking for their address. Although my purchase was a small amount, if others sleepwalk into buying items from this outfit it's a tidy profit for them. Please look at their website, and compare it with other trusted websites you have used yourself then read the 5 star reviews of ballerina nails..Please look else where for your items. I do not recommend this outfit.
