Balloonelle 

I ordered 2 balloons with all the extras. Cost me £48 including postage for each balloon. One balloon was for an engagement and the other for a new baby. I was very disappointed with the new baby balloon as the led lights were not around the balloon they were just dangling and all tangled around the garland.Thought maybe they've fallen off during the delivery so tried to put them around the balloon myself but they just did not fit. Only half a garland was used and the lettering started to peel off on the 2nd day. I also thought considering I asked for 2 shades of feathers, conferring and 2 shades of mini balloons to be placed inside the big balloon it still looked very empty and not at all what I expected. Both balloon started to deflated they didn't last very long. All in all I was very disappointed with this product. Will not be ordering again and it was not worth the money. I did send a email to the company but have not heard from them as yet!

Never order from this store, I ordered a a balloon last 18 July paid exta for a chosen weekend delivery (to be delivered 23 July) but never arrived. They charged me and I have not received the item. Left them numerous emails and comments on IG but all ignored. Scam company!

Placed my order, paid £42 , never received it! They never responded back to my emails , the telephone number goes to the answering machine straight! Don’t use this company, it’s a scam!!!!!!!

Have had 3 balloons from balloonelle now and they have all been absolutely perfect. So much better than I could have asked for.

This time I requested something unusual, so that it fitted in with a West Ham / Football theme and what was delivered is more than perfect. Couldn’t be happier!

The balloons have lasted weeks before they start to drop, and even when they do start to drop the smaller balloons inside are still full so it still looks incredible even 3 weeks later!

Very very happy customer and can’t wait for the next one :)

Received my order on date stated which was a positive, however, upon opening the package the balloon wasn’t inflated fully or already started to deflate causing the printed text on it to crease/ripple.
Emailed info@ email address immediately, no response. Sent follow up email a couple of days later, again, no reply?!

Bad customer service and ended up causing a disappointing Valentines gift!

Would not recommend.

We placed an order with them. Recipient never recieved the order and they do not respond to emails or see Dm's online...we have tried calling them and they do not return our calls. Sent request for refunds..and nothing. Do not use this compnay.
