Had balloons delivered to a hotel for my partner's birthday.
Great communication from the company. The balloons are good quality and delivery as requested.

I ordered a monster truck balloon for my nephew's fourth birthday. The item is good quality, exactly as shown and arrived inflated and safely packaged in an enormous cardboard box on the date I had requested. I even got a free chocolate bar inside the box!

The only thing I could have done without was the hundreds of pieces of loose confetti also placed in the box with the balloon. I'm sure this was done with the best intentions - a nice 'finishing touch' perhaps - but in reality it just became something I had to carefully tip out of the box straight into the bin to avoid making an irritating mess all over the floor.

Even so I'm very happy with the service and will definitely use again.

I wanted a photo helium balloon for my partners 50th. I found Balloon Monkey to be quick to respond, answered my questions and did just what I asked for. Would definitely recommend

Ordered a unicorn balloon for my granddaughter arrived on the specified day before lunch excellent quality and judging by the squeals of delight from my granddaughter it was spot on

I recently ordered some Balloons with named delivery date the day before my daughter's birthday. Unfortunately the courier (three letters - you know!) failed to deliver the actual day and rearranged for the next day being her actual birthday. Received updates of delayed delivery twice which came and went and the balloons still not arrive.

Contacted Balloon Monkey to advise of the position and Dion dealt with it wonderfully.

Yes I was disappointed the balloons did not arrive, but that was down to the Courier failing on more than one occasion.

Would I use Balloon Monkey again - most definitely, purely on customer service (something which is sadly lacking from other companies these days).

I had an issue with the delivery (no fault of Balloon Monkey but the carrier they use). I contacted customer services and they dealt with my query promptly and refunded the additional delivery charges I paid. The balloons were delivered a day late but that aside, they were lovely and exceeded expectations. I used them last year as well with no delivery issues that time. Will use them again.

Love this company. 🎈 Been shopping with them for literally 10 years! Their ballon’s being such joy to the receiver and their website is great to navigate. Tracking of parcels is also really slick, and they’ve always delivered on time. Great selection of occasions - and their new video upload is a great treat for our relatives overseas. The customer support has been incredible. I needed a replacement balloon and the response was swift, helpful, sincere and a replacement was sent out next day. I’ve been ordering balloons from Balloon Monkey for years. Such a great company and customer service.

There was a problem with my order on arrival as it had been damaged during delivery. I emailed the team to explain the issue and had an almost immediate response. The team were so helpful and offered me a fantastic resolution to the issue, really went over and above to ensure I had a perfect balloon display re-delivered the very next day. This is the third time I have used Balloon Monkey and each time the service and delivery has been exceptional! The first time I got the date wrong and they amended it immediately for me.
Thursday was my Grandsons birthday and the balloons were amazing and arrived on time and were amazing

Really happy with this company. The balloons were as expected and arrived very quickly. They looked really good and I felt care had been taken in putting them together (I ordered a balloon bouquet). They are still up after a month (although a little deflated). I would highly recommend this company. Easy to order online and reasonably priced too.

Always so excited to receive the big boxes of delights from Balloon monkey, they are my go to for birthday balloons and are so easy to work with, and create the most lovely displays.
