I placed two separate orders for pre-orders in August of 2022 and never received my items. I attempted to email, call and reach out through instagram but never received a response. Per their policy they offer full refunds on any pre-orders but it’s impossible to reach them. SCAM do not order from them!

Scammers

I made a preorder for jinbe and luffy red hawk chase bundle, however, I still haven’t received them
I emailed them few times and no reply back to cancel and get a full refund
It’s in their policy but somewhere they’re allow to break their policy in order to scam customers
There’s no option to cancel in their website and they never reply back in email
I disputed with the credit credit I used and I got my money back but balyot reach out to them
I got a sale chargeback, so I asked customer service from my credit card, like what did they even say to get my money back
“The documentation they sent was not due to not showing the proof of delivery.”
Spent $115 and they ignored my emails but they reply back to my credit card when I filed a dispute
I got my money back for baylot to send documentation and they took my money
Still an ongoing case trying get my money back for a refund since they never going to ship out my pops
Don’t trust them, don’t buy from them, they just take your money and leave
That’s why they don’t be on social media

Preordered a Funko pop in like January and haven’t received it. Emails haven’t worked, Msging them on insta they won’t cancel it this site is a total scam.

Horrible company. Stay away.

Ordered a pop from them in December 2022 that was supposed to be here March/April and haven't received any new information just like countless others. Check their Instagram and read the comments. Emailed them about canceling order and no reply. Stay away from this company. Fortunately it was only $55 but if I can just save one person with this review I will be happy.

Pre-Order over 1 year. No Reply, No Refund.

I made 2 Pre-Orders. One, over 14 months ago, the other, 6 months ago. Other Shops already had theirs in stock. I am without.
I received a shipping email stating one order is shipping. That order stayed in USPS "Pre-Shipment" for 5 months. Never Shipped.
I received a Balyot mass email, Pre-Orders arriving this month. Month passed, Pre-Orders never sent.
Emailed a few times, via support & chat. No Response.
Emailed for a Pre-Order Refund, per Policy. No Response, but oddly, the next day, I receive Bank notification of Fraudulent Charges.
I emailed Balyot again, that if No Reply or No Refund, I will file a complaint with FTC, IC3, BBB, and a review with Trustpilot. No Response or Refund, so here I am.
I do not want businesses to fail, but I do not like being scammed or for anyone else to endure this experience. It hurts this specific buying community.

Customer service won't respond

Says on website that you can cancel a pre order for any reason. But they never respond to email requests. I have emailed them multiple times and after a few months i have not gotten a response. Seems like either a scam or ran by people who don't understand how to run a business properly. Either way avoid at all costs. It's almost been a whole year since I placed my order with no information from them and them not responding to my cancelation request.

STAY THE BLEEP AWAY FOLKS

Stay away from these people folks. Just ordered about 300 dollars worth of stuff. Initially I just wanted to cancel 2 items, I reached out to them in timely manner giving them at least a week to respond but to no avail. I've reached out to them via email and instagram, no response. Stay away people. Stay away. Now im wondering if I will even get my stuff.

They scammed me!!!

They scammed me, I pre-ordered a diamond collection Wednesday. Suppose to have been shipped beginning of Feb. So a few weeks ago. And I've been messaging them. First few times were days apart, giving them time to respond. But nothing. I started messaging them more frequently still being polite. And its been almost 3 weeks no response at all. No customer service number to call. Just email. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

Terrible company

Terrible company, ordered an nycc pop before it even came out and did not receive it by the date posted which was the end of November, 2022. I then commented on their instagram post asking where my pop was in the beginning of December, and they said it would be here by late January. Well it’s late January and no pop, so I asked for a refund (which I was granted), and then they deleted all of my comments but the ones that make it sound like they helped me out. Someone replied asking if I had received and I said nope and that I had gotten a refund, and called them out for selling product they don’t have, and they blocked me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Absolute disaster

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering online. Placed an order on august 30th and was told product would be shipping end of November. sent an email 54 days ago with several emails following with no response. I received an update today stating that the item would be shipping end of February. This item has already shipped from pretty much every other vendor. Worst customer experience ever. If you are looking for great service and timely responses steer clear of Balyot!!!!!

Don't expect communication or refund

I pre-ordered a funko pop back at beginning of November for my son who spent his hard earned money on. It stated it would ship beginning of January. It is now approaching end of January I have emailed them 3 times over course of 3 weeks with absolutely no response. Ship dates now say March 2023. I understand this can happen with pre-orders, but I first asked for status and heard nothing for over a week, and have now asked for a refund and have not received it or a response. It is not complicated to respond to your customers especially when you "guarantee a 100 % refund" on pre-orders that have not shipped. I am highly disappointed in your site, will never use it again, or recommend it to anyone. Worst customer service and site ever.

I'm in the same boat as some others on…

I'm in the same boat as some others on here. Ordered some summercon sticker funkos back in July. It's Oct now and I just received half my order. In addition, i was charged extra on my credit card and went to go dispute it and they claim i'm responsible. When I emailed them asking what this charge is, they don't reply. It takes DAYS for them to respond sometimes, if they ever do. There's no number to call either. I don't know why their shipping speed is terrible. Most Funko merchants already received these items months back. I honestly think this is a one man show company and it's not even his primary job. Great side gig but the customer service and shipping speeds is really terrible.

Customer Service is Non Existent! Would avoid at all cost!

I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones because I usually give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. However, this company has been extremely bad and unprofessional in their customer service response. I pre-ordered a Halo Funko Pop pack from this company back in December 2021. Four months have passed by and I have not receive one update from them so I contacted their customer support and a representative told me the item will be shipped by end of April 2022. End of May 2022 comes and I did not hear anything from them or receive any shipment. I emailed them multiple times but received no response so I had to file a claim with my bank. Balyot then had the audacity to refute against the claim tell my bank that they issue 100% refunds to customer (which they advertised on their website). So I reached back out to them to request a refund and still have no got back a reply nor have I received my items... so I guess I will have to continue with my bank dispute.

This company customer service is a joke. Would recommend to avoid them since the hassle and stress to deal with filing bank claims and attempting multiple times to emailing their customer service and getting no response back is not worth it. Please spend the extra dollar and order from a reputable company such as Entertainment Earth and Toywiz instead.

We offered to reship the package to her, at her expense, due to her incorrectly providing her address at checkout or a full refund for her order minus the shipping cost as we shipped it at our expense to the address Shannon provided.
