Ordered a Mercedes shifter advertised as a direct compatible replacement for my specific vehicle. What arrived didn't fit and couldn't be installed. I contacted Bamboli multiple times — they responded initially, acknowledged the issue, then stopped communicating entirely.

Filed a chargeback with my credit card company. Bamboli disputed it by proving delivery, which is accurate — they did deliver something, just not what was advertised. After months of back-and-forth the dispute was closed on a technicality.

Their listing explicitly claims compatibility. The part is incompatible. That's either negligent or deliberate. Either way, once they had my money they had no interest in making it right.

Buy elsewhere.

My item was supposed to be shipped on Wednesday and received by Saturday. It’s now the next Monday and it hasn’t yet been shipped. No communication on why

They sent me a roof rack for my 2017 Chevy bolt and it does not fit, not even close. I sent you photos and a number of emails with no response. No return address no communication and there is no telephone number to reach you.
That's no way to run a business.

I ordered a middle vent for my w124, the quality is very bad... dont make the same mistake as me, it has flimsy plastic and falls apart when installing.

Shipping was fast and packaging was excellent. Overall happy with transaction. Only thing I did not care for was, when ordering on the website it is not clear where the item ships from until checkout.

The part was reasonably priced, well described and in perfect condition, and arrived fast.

Fits right. OEM has partial felt material which would install easier in tight spots. Rubber at tight spots offers more resistance. Had to loosen dash trim to install. Felt gives nicer appearance also. Adequate substitution.

After a deep research, I decided to purchase these mats because of the materials that respect the environment and public health. It's shocking how people disregard the fact that the majority of similar products in the stores have a cancer awareness on their labels. After I had finished the order, I realize that this was coming from Istanbul, so I thought that it would take more time to arrive. But it didn't. Delivery was free and fast. It fit perfectly and no need to trim. Now I have peace of mind knowing that my car and I are protected.
