After purchasing from Bamboo Bamboo many times over the last several years, my most recent experience was enough to stop me purchasing and recommending them ever again.

The order took 13 days in total to arrive. Came in two separate parts with zero communication updates about the whereabouts, bar a random £1.50 refund 🤷🏻‍♂️

When reaching out to customer service, you are greeted with a bot that promises a timely response. However, correspondence took between 48-72 hours!

Once trustworthy, sadly one bad experience forces a negative review.

Purchased two bowls and like other reviewers, one of them cracked with less than 3 months of actual usage. Customer service is incredibly poor and mostly shy away from providing a response unless continually chased after telling you that "you expected the product to last a long time and it did"

Only consider purchasing from this organisation if you see their products as disposable items that will not last and agree with their price point with that in mind.

Bought bowl and it cracked within 5 months despite following user instructions. Complained and they wouldn’t do anything. Bad customer experience, very expensive products

Have had 2 defective items from this company. One plate that the silicon suction part wouldn't stay attached to the plate - didn't complain as no time, these things happen. A year later I bought a toddler cup and the first time I went to wash it it broke as the glass was as thin as paper on the base. This time decided to complain as I was now a repeat customer with both orders being defective. Also the glass is meant for toddlers yet thinner and weaker than a glass for an adult. No policy on defective items. Told my fault for being too rough... just washing as would wash a normal glass. Sent video footage of the glass with the broken glass in tweezers vs a piece of paper to show how thin the bottom was. Ignored. I tried to review on their website. But they do not publish negative reviews on own website. Wrote a negative review on Instagram stories and tagged. But they delete any negative tags on their Instagram and Facebook.
