Poor quality material.
I have been a customer with Bam clothing for a number of years and have particularly loved their long and short sleeved tops.
I recently bought another short sleeved gathered hem top and oh my goodness what a change in material quality! Poor quality and it has lost it's shape after only two washes. Very very disappointing and shameful Bam.
I suspect you are cutting corners, trying to save money from buying second rate material to replace the original but still charging the original prices.
So many reviews saying the same thing. My constructive suggestion would be to return to your original high quality materials, then perhaps your ratings would start rising again.
I am afraid, in the meantime, that you have lost a loyal customer. It's very frustrating as I loved these tops.

Mens socks very comfortable while they…
Mens socks very comfortable while they last which isn't long. Everytime I wear them and remove they leave a lot of lint on my foot and the carpet. The toe material particularly fluffy and loose knitted. They appear to be disintegrating from the start. I estimate about 20 wears and I have holes in the toes even being careful to keep nails trimmed. I bought two packs of the same to be able to replace holed ones when repairing repairing becomes difficult

Very poor quality

Great customer service
I had to return an item. The item was high quality but it just wasn't for me in terms of the fit and fabric. Customer service was excellent. My tag had fallen off when trying on (due to the type of materials used for the tag) and they were very understanding and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

I’ve been a BAM customer for more years…
I’ve been a BAM customer for more years than I can remember and have been an absolute devotee of their clothing, their quality and their customer service. However, the last few things I’ve bought are thinner and generally just lower quality. On checking, I see that the last thing I bought was made in China whereas when they were good, it was all made in Turkey. I’m assuming this is saving them money but I’m very disappointed to have lost my love of my favourite brand.

Their leggings sizing is inconsistent, size 8 is tiny

In general I love BAM products and have bought from them several times.
However, since they’re pricey, I bought some size 8 Enduro 7/8 leggings from Vinted (New with tags). They are incredibly small, not snug (I am usually a size 8 or i fit size 6 in some brands). I used to be unhealthily underweight and I wouldn’t have even got them on then. I’m not going to even try them on my size 6 daughter because they wouldn’t even fit her either, they may have when she was 10. They are at most a size 4. I could just about get them above my ankles but it was uncomfortable.
The seller on Vinted couldn’t have shrunk them because they are pristine and there was a sticker still stuck on in the inside. I have also tried new different leggings direct from BAM years ag. They weren’t quite as bad. I couldn’t get them over my bum and they were tight on the thighs (probably dangerous to wear them too long), I guess I could have sized up though for them, it’s just annoying when non-leggings products fit normally.
Anyway, when I looked on the website reviews for the Enduro leggings, only one review seemed to say they were tiny. Others said perfect fit or too baggy. So sizing seems very inconsistent. I also bought another size of these for my sister in December (direct from BAM) and she said they fit true to size (and finds them comfy).
Anyway, if they want to make size 4 clothing then they should make it, just don’t put a size 8 label on it! And they need calf and thigh circumference measurements on their size guide too because they don’t usually get far enough to reach hips and waist!

My first ones that were great were made in Turkey
And my latest ones are made in India

Good quality clothes. Excellent customer service and easy to exchange something if it is the wrong size or colour. Great packaging. I bought the lovely crema rib knit jumper and it is excellent and very warm.

Bam boobies
I bought a top that i received 10 % discount off.
I bought this for yoga /pilates.
The colour was great, the length of the top was great.
However, the issue I had was that top part of the top was not supportive, did not stay up around my shoulders and whilst doing certain moves ‘the girls’ started to escape the top.
I’m not massively endowed but I don’t want my breasts to be on show to my fitness teacher.
I bought the correct size for me.
I have ended up altering the top by cutting the straps and re sewing them so I can feel comfortable whilst wearing.
To be fair, I didn’t send this back as I’d already cut the tag off, and I just couldn’t be bothered with faffing about with customer services.
Although I don’t think I would order again,due to this experience I realise many other customers are happy with their purchases.

Fast delivery and good quality…
Fast delivery and good quality products. I have been struggling to find breathable leggings. Peri Menopause has introduced itchiness when wearing synthetic bottoms. I bought a variety of 4 bottoms from BAM and have been pleased with them all. I’ve thrown away my old leggings/bottoms as I never want to wear them again! I am buying my daughters some leggings from BAM, as they feel soft like butter! I find ordering your correct size is perfect, no need to order up or down.

NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRINTED T
NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRINTED T - SHIRTS. THE DESIGN COMES OFF IN THE WASH.
I have been quite keen to buy from BAM over the past few years. I do NOT want synthetics. I also go out of my way to buy from British firms. Bamboo is EXEPENSIVE but cheaper than Merino wool and BAM are U.K based. Hence me going for it.
HOWEVER, I have just done the big holiday wash and the white design on my black T - shirt has come off, all over the rest of the washing.
I pay good money for this stuff. It is a T - Shirt, not a bit of NASA space-hardware. I expect to be able to machine wash it.
Want to complain UNLUCKY - You have to phone them. I am not spending hours on the phone to a call centre arguing the toss. I will just shop with someone else.
Want to find your original order e - mail in your inbox - UNLUCKY. The titles are not unique making the searches impossible.
I have spent hundreds with BAM over the years. Not happy.

Great clothing company. Have been using Bam for years, always Good.
I have bought many products. The quality is very good.
The clothing fits well.
Products wash well and last a long time.
I also feel that there is a type of intelligence with the material, the tees keep you warm in winter as a base layer and cool in warmer weather.

Disappointed long time customer
I’m a long time customer. I have their long sleeve Horizon Luxe tops in most colours, so when I saw they were offering two for £50 I was delighted. Very disappointing though. Extremely thin fabric and colours nowhere as deep as before. They look very cheap! I will think twice before I shop there again.
