BAM Clothing Reviews 

I love my Bam bras. They're incredibly comfortable, easy to get on and off, and most importantly - without going into too much detail - everything stays where you want it! I can't think why I'd ever go back to the old bra style now.
PS The pale pink is a gorgeous colour - more colour choices please?

I LOVE the funky styles that BAM offer . However , I don’t find the material very practical for someone who sweats during their workout . I am left with large wet patches which are very visible on the material which then seems to soak it up leaving you very uncomfortable. I am wearing my BAM top to relaxing yoga sessions and choosing another brand with a better material for running and cardio .

Great experience - easy to order, and a swift delivery without any issue. Very happy with the items I bought.

I've been shopping with BAM for a few years and absolutely love this company. Their eco-friendly credentials are a big bonus as they're a company that really do care about the planet. Not just with the clothing they produce but also with the packaging too.

The Enduro range of leggings and tops are my favourite. They feel really supportive for strength training and especially keep you nice and cosy in the winter.

The Mallea range is perfect for lower-impact training and is really soft.

I recently had to return a couple of items as the colours didn't suit me. It was a really straightforward returns process and I was refunded quickly without a fuss.

I'd highly recommend BAM!

Bought a top, then received an automated email stating it had been refunded. No explanation and no other email explanation (checked my junk mail). Asked customer service to explain why twice but never got a reply. Rethinking shopping with BAM again
EDIT: Gave an extra star as it seems I didn't receive the two replies to my complaint sent. I did receive the original email of the 2/2 with a notice of a refund though, but that email stated "Just to let you know your BAM return request is now complete". Confusing and frustrating as I didn't request a refund, hence my complaint. Also, ordering something which is then cancelled is an annoying experience

I love this company. The clothes are so comfortable, they try to use as much Bamboo material as possible and the quality of this material really shines through. The Rugby shirt I just bought is incredible. The comfort feel is amazing. I wish they did it in plain colours rather than patterned, but that is just my preference.

I have just had an extremely frustrating recent experience with BAM. I have been a customer of theirs for many years, practically since their company first started up. I literally live in their clothing every day. It is soft, silky, comfortable, stretchy and washes well. I don't feel my loyalty has been rewarded however.
Over the years I have sent many emails asking for new colours or designs, as not every woman wants to wear black, dayglo yellow or olive green, and many people who are not fitness freaks still want to have comfortable good looking clothing. Only once or twice did I get a response, many years ago, when they brought out a new line in sky blue which was one of the colours I'd asked for.
My current disappointment centres on the issue of writing reviews. Most companies would love to get more reviews from customers, as it's one of the number one things other customers look at when deciding what to buy. I love writing detailed reviews, and always write fair and honest opinions (as I am doing now, which is why I am mentioning all the positive aspects of BAM first.) It is impossible to write reviews directly on their website, which would be much the easiest option, but they have chosen not to do it that way. Instead, they send out an automatic "reviews link" email with every order, so that you can follow the link and review each item individually. I ordered in January and then again this month, February (See how faithful I am?) Neither time have I been able to find the reviews link email. I have written over a dozen emails to them, asking where it is, what I'm supposed to look for, which email address they sent it to, if they can resend it, and have been met with a complete brick wall. They either simply don't reply or they refuse point blank to explain or help. They say they cannot resend it. Well I'm sorry but if you sent an email once, surely you can click on it and press "resend"????? They wouldn't tell me the email address of the reviews link email, so I didn't know what to look for. So basically they were making it much harder than necessary to review their clothing. The customer should not be put in the position of having to BEG to write a review!!!!! I even wrote an email putting in an official complaint and asking for it to go through the proper channels, and all they've sent back is a polite fob off saying "thank you for your views". 🤨😤 I'm like WHAT???!
FINALLY, the reviews email appeared, a month later. I finally found it on email address I hardly use, and it isn't from BAM. It's from robot@feefo, which was not an address I would have even opened an email from, as it sounds like a spam. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN SO EASY FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT WAS THE EMAIL I WAS SUPPOSED TO OPEN. Instead, all they told me was to review them here on Trustpilot instead, which is a general review of their company, rather than a review of each item of clothing which other customers can click on when looking at that item.
Suffice it to say I'm extremely disappointed in BAM. Their clothes are great. By complete chance I have finally, accidentally, after heaps of time and stress, found the email that allows me to review each item individually. After which I rang them. (their phone number is quite hard to find as well) and finally got an extremely nice customer service lady on the phone who was sympathetic and said she would pass along my feedback. I've ordered loads from them over the years and my clothes cupboards is almost completely stocked with their clothing. But sadly they seem to want to make it as hard as possible to review their clothing.... even though I'm sitting here wearing three items of theirs right now and would love to tell you all about them. 🙄☹️

I ordered from bamboo then read the reviews on here with dread. My order was delayed by a week but this was communicated. The yoga trousers I ordered are beautiful quality and a refund was issued for the larger size I didn’t require without any fuss. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt I had to because I am so impressed with my BAM order and their great customer services.

Firstly the delivery company messed up my order and couldn’t deal with my problem. So I called BAM customer services where they answered straight away and were extremely helpful. They dealt with the delivery company for me and re sent my order out straight away and I received it the next day.

I ordered a few bits and I am extremely happy with them. They all fit perfectly and the material feels lovely & is great quality. Plus their packaging is all eco.

I will definitely order again and recommend this company to friends.

They are so incredibly tight that it’s a chore putting them on and taking them off. I’d not recommend them sadly.
Still on the pursuit for the best socks which aren’t super expensive.

I have bought many BAM garments and have always loved them. However, I recently bought two casual sweaters which had 60% merino wool and 40% bamboo. I washed them on a low temperature in a washing machine which has a “ silk” setting and washes our cashmere and silk clothes perfectly. The garments shrunk and moulted like an animal getting rid of its winter coat. I contacted BAM and was told to wash it by hand, not to spin dry it, not to use a tumble drier , and to dry it flat. This would take forever to dry. They also supplied a comb for getting rid of the bobbles of fluff. This is a leisure garment which should not require this amount of care in my opinion.

These socks seem to be good quality but the sizing is way too small. They are marked as size 8-11. In footwear depending on brand I usually take size 10-11 (adult male). I can barely even get them on my feet and when I do they are very tight which makes them extremely uncomfortable.

Bought a black, luxe long sleeve top for my grandson. He usually wears size M. BAM size M is absolutely enormous. At present there are no black luxe tops in any size, and no S size in any colour. It is not the first time that the tock availability is poor. Also, their size guide is only about waist measurements, as if length didn't matter. At least I couldn't find any other information. They are lucky not many companies sell bamboo clothes

The wrapping got to BAM but no sweater?!?!
Rang to ask about my refund not knowing the wrapping had arrived at their end but minus jumper and had terrific Frances who was immediately helpful and sympathetic and immediately refunded me. Highly recommended

No problems whatsoever with order, great communication re order and, unlike most high street brands of socks (yes, m&s I'm looking at you!) these socks actually have elastic in them (helpful when you don't want socks that slip down to the front of your shoes) and are a decent thickness... like previous reviewers (and I hate my lack of originality but it must be mentioned) all the socks are SOOOO comfy, amazing all round.
I'm deffo a convert, thank you bam for restoring my faith in socks.

By far the best and most comfortable socks I bought. Love the fact that the heels and top of toes are extra padded. Only giving 4 stars as I wish they would do colours that are more pastel or neutral colours. Highly recommend.

Having previously been a happy customer I hadn't dealt with BAM for over a year after an unsatisfactory experience over the bizarre fit of an item - returned & reimbursed ok but that put me off until yesterday. I decided to give them another try with a Luxe Roll Neck Baselayer (review unrelated to this for now). Initial attempts to log in to what had been my account were fruitless, the related messing around meaning I thought I'd missed deadlines to use a Birthday Credit & a Black Friday discount. Email to BAM brought about (summarising a few emails to & fro) the most helpful and highly satisfactory response, demonstrating 1st class customer service, from Olivia @ BAM & my completing a purchase with c41% discount including a £5 benefit I was wholly unaware of. Excellent Olivia, thank you !

The softest socks I’ve ever owned, delivered quickly.

My wife purchased a hoody for my birthday. Nice weight, good fit. Hardly worn when holes started appearing along seams. Its a yoga hoody that gets used for warm up / down. It really shouldn't start getting holes on the seam at all but if it did through normal wear and tear it should last longer than a few months. I wrote to BAM - never heard anything back. Poor.

UPDATE - On seeing my TP post I was contacted by BAM and on providing evidence of the issue, I was offered a refund, a replacement or gift credit. The response was professional and exactly what you would expect from a company that cares about product and customers. Rating changed to 4 *
