I recently finished paying back £1500…

I recently finished paying back £1500 with Bamboo. I never missed a payment nor missed payments with anyone else. Six months after taking the loan out I had to give up my full time job to take care of my disabled wife, despite being unemployed for the last 12 months payments were never missed. I have just applied for a smaller loan from Bamboo and been refused. No consideration given for being an excellent customer and my ability to repay the smaller loan. Refused for being a full time carer.

Placed and order on 14th Jan 2021

Placed and order on 14th Jan 2021, still haven't received anything 23rd Jan 2021.
Sent an email 20th Jan 2021 asking for an update or ETA for delivery no response.
Now going through Paypal for a refund
Not a happy shopper and based on this experience unlikely to recommend

Do not bother!!

Do not bother with these,I ordered some mens boxer shorts, when they arrived they had holes in them, I emailed as the phone no.didnt work I've had no reply from 2 messages sent, Poor quality and poor customer service.

Awful service

Awful service. offered discount code which was invalid then offered code to get me to finish my order, didn't work. Been emailing since friday (now monday) and on going online see the prices have gone up!! Not recommended, very frustrating.

Unfulfilled order, no integrity

My wife ordered pants for my son for Christmas. Only half the order arrived. She has sent a number of emails that have been unanswered and she has tried to phone, but there is a full mailbox message every time she calls - just as other reviewers have reported. I sent a message via Facebook Messenger that included the order number. I received a response that frustratingly asked for the order number so that they could look into it......there has been no further response....If you (Bambooo) are actively encouraging reviews through this forum, why are you not responding proactively? There are very common complaints similar to our own. It’s legally not acceptable and I am going to take this further

Update: I’m pleased to provide an update that the order was eventually fulfilled. Whilst the communication let the company down, the quality of their products is very good and I hope they overcome their recent challenges

I ordered socks as a Christmas present…and they did not arrive.

I ordered socks as a Christmas present and had confirmation that they were on the way on 9th December. The socks did not arrive. I emailed and had acknowledgement on Sunday 27th December which was impressive but I have heard nothing since. I have sent chaser emails and tried to call today but the voicemail is full and not taking messages.

Be very careful using this company

Sent goods back recorded delivery 3 weeks ago, still had no response from customer support to emails. No telephone number to contact the business. I would not recommend using bambooo.com, will have my bank chase for a refund.

Appalling service / unable to contact company

First time buyers

So, we've ordered both women's and men's underwear over the last three weeks. I guess it was a bit of a gamble , but we could not be more happy with the comfort, fit and styling.Neither of us understood how breathable the fabric was, a really great surprise. Efficient and quick service, well done!!

Items advertised are missold

Ordered and paid for 80%Bamboo viscose socks..... received socks were only actually 62% Bamboo Viscose.
Items missold.
After 3 days of sending email no response from customer service. Tried ringing customer service today and only option was to leave a message but couldn't even do that as their mailbox was full!!
I will not use this company again as advertised product information is wrong and misleading.
UPDATE.... I have received a reply from Bambooo asking me to contact them and assuring me mailbox is functional. It is not.... it cannot accept any further messages!!
Secondly reply suggested I have ordered different socks as they stock so many.Well I can confirm that I received the advertised socks.... except they are 62% Bamboo and not as advertised 80%.
In the absence of actually being able to speak with customer service, them not answering my email and having a mailbox that will not accept messages I intend to contact Trading Standards as the socks are being missold and the advertising misleading.
