It seems really cool and will thought out, but I could not get it to print the first canned project. A lot of motion and wasted plastic out the trash chute, but I must be doing something wrong, though read booklet & watched video. Hours so far and nothing. H2D with laser

I have two P1S, and all the printer I've had or used before are POS (comparatively). I'm in the hobby thanks to them but they're closing their software and ecosystem, impeding third party slicers communicate with their printers. A great first printer to learn without hassle, but not good for tweaking.

Shipping to Germany took longer than expected. Even though the X2D was listed as 'in stock' at the time of purchase, the delivery took over a week. I ordered on April 26th, it was shipped on the 28th, but the DPD tracking link didn’t update for an entire week. It was delivered on May 4th. The X2D is great, but the shipping process could definitely be faster and more transparent.

Purchase my first 3D printer.I went with the x X2D. The directions that came with the printer were easy to follow.And I was printing in the first hour. Great experience.

My x2d arrived damaged and I have requested multiple times for return or replacement and they are not responding. I now have a broken printer and no support. I am extremely disappointed and very distressed.
