I’ve ordered from here twice. First time. No issue. Second time, my package got lost due to the postal service, was marked as delivered but showed on the evidence it hadn’t. After talking to the postal service, I turned to customer service at banana print. They were able to help me sort this out by also escalating with the postal service as well as in good gesture reprinting my order. I am so appreciative! This parcel arrived in the same quickness as usual, within 48 hours.
Big shout out to the customer service team! It’s really good to have a business who helps the customer as most nowadays don’t care to help when errors or issues occur.

Absolutely love banana print after ordering a sample I was pleasantly surprised how much was filed into my pack along with the quality and variety.

The team have been excellent helping me with issues I’ve had due to my own mistakes.

The quality of the prints are brilliant and bright. I’ve been dissatisfied with other companies due to how dull they’ve been but so far I’ve had no issues as they’ve never disappointed me.

Also to top it off the fast turn around makes using them even better, I’m so excited to get my next card designs in and delivered.

Ordered on Sunday and my order arrived Tuesday morning. That really is amazing for a custom print job like this. I will definitely use again!

I use them for business cards. They are always on quality card, cut to perfection and on time. Banana also offer you free cards for postage cost only. And they go the extra mile and offer free cards for FREE post once you’ve tried them.
If you can’t follow custom design instructions just call them.

Really impressed with the quality of these business cards, especially considering they were part of a free offer. The print quality is sharp, colours came out exactly how I wanted and the cards feel much more premium than expected. The ordering process was simple and delivery was quick too. its been over 72 hours since I made my order and the item has still not been delivered - I have been relying on this as I'm leaving the country late tonight. Also their tracking information they gave me is wrong so I cant even track the parcel. Absolute joke.

I honestly can’t recommend Banana Print highly enough. From start to finish, the service has been absolutely amazing. Ellie, Alice and the graphic team were incredibly patient, helpful, and thorough throughout the entire process, especially while working through several adjustments to my business card design and Spot UV artwork.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they took so much care to ensure everything was perfect before printing. Their communication was fantastic, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail and kindness shown every step of the way.
