ordered a hat in my normal size. every other hat i own fits perfectly in this size, one which is a size smaller is a bit tight. since i also already own a hat of the very same manufacturer i thought buying another one in the same size shouldn't be an issue. turns out the hat was way too big, i guess at least one size, although it's labeled with my normal size. so i tried to get in touch with Bandanashop.it customer support to discuss the issue. maybe the hat i received was simply labeled wrongly already at the factory. took already multiple attempts (email as well as contact form on their website) to get an answer from them. they asked me to return the hat at my cost and promised to look into the issue. i had hoped they would measure a similar hat from this manufacturer and compare the measurements against the one i returned to see if the hats are generally too large or if the one i got was possibly labeled wrongly. shipment tracking showed that they received the hat but i haven't heard back from them. sent multiple messages but haven't heard anything for weeks. then i was on the verge of filing for PayPal's buyer protection when they finally reimbursed me. sadly i didn't receive any information regarding the size issue. i didn't want to risk ordering a size smaller which, in case the first hat was labeled wrongly - might then be too small and would lead to a second return at my cost.
initial buying and shipping process went smoothly and - for international shipping - quite quickly. as long as you don't need any customer support you can give them a try.

Delivery and the support was great, It took a while to get in contact but they responded and helped me swap items in no time.
The quality of their products is great and I will continue to buy from them

I technically dont speak italian and ordered internationally. I asked customer support in english a question and they would only respond if i wrote them in google translated italian the question

At first it was a poor support responsiveness. Even though I received a damaged product, I had to cover the return costs myself.
Later my claim was resolved and the seller reimburse me my return costs, minus a small fee that that PayPal took.

Return from Germany - not a good idea.
The customer has to pay the return shipping fee. The goods were sent back within 2 days via Hermes. Multiple emails were sent saying that they had been sent back. After 1 month, an email came on February 22, 2025, saying that the return had arrived. On February 25, 2025, I received an email saying that the goods had not arrived within the deadline. As a gesture of goodwill, the refund will be deducted with a processing fee of €30.00. Otherwise, I could hire a courier to pick up the goods, then I can keep the hat. That would cost more than the hat. Maybe they should just stop shipping to Germany. If that leads to such a big problem. I remain and am disappointed!
