God product, bad customer service
I bought a Sauna blanket. And the product is the only thing I am satisfied with. I bought the product via their norwegian webpage bandasjeshoppen.no and was charged Norwegain VAT taxes. Once they shipped the product to me from denmark, I had to Pay a fee for custoums and one more time the taxes. I contacted the custoumer service the same day and the said that a mistake happened. in Further communication they claimed to have answered me while they didnt. Their mailprogram doesnt seem to work. The few answers i got after the first mail was really unfriendly, even though the mistake was on their side. Today, 4 weeks later i got some of the money, but for some reason they cut me 50 kr. Worst ever custoumer service

Regarding the charge from the Norwegian authorities, we completely understand that this was an unexpected situation, and it should not have happened. As mentioned in our previous emails, this was due to an error on their part. Therefore, we have refunded you for the expenses related to this issue.
As for the missing emails, we sincerely apologize if you did not receive all our messages. However, we can confirm that they were sent from our side, and we have documentation to support this. Additionally, we have not received similar reports from other customers.
