A friend of mine delivered moto spare parts from this online shop, the quality is top-notch and the price was justified.

Overall, everything went well.
I bought necessary tires and got them within a week. Сomunication could have been better..... after 2 days of no news, I called and they sent me tracking code but I receved it, as well as the mailing list, only on the day of actual delivery. This service should be improved!

The order was delivered quickly. They are not the only ones on the market and they are not the cheapest. But I can mention high reliability and quality of goods as advantages.

I'm a little underwhelmed with their service. I had a question about my order, which I wrote about at the very beginning of my review. And result was really not the best.

It was as easy to place an order on the website as it was to pay.
The only thing I'm having trouble with is tracking.

However, overall I am very happy with the whole process and my next purchase will also be made here

I filled in the contact form and I asked you to deliver the tires to my home NOT to the garage and nobody answered back to my request and my tires were sent to a garage 80km away from my home. I am very sad about this! I will never order nothing from this website! The contact phone number is taxable and nobody answered! I waited 10 minutes on hold so I paid 3€ for the call and after 10 minutes of waiting on hold the call ended by you! Not a serious company!! I will send back the tires these days and I will ask for a refund! Think twice before you order something from here!

I received old tyres and I asked for support following the channels advertised on their website, I didn't received any reply, they just desappeared next time I'll buy on amazon it's more professional

Fitting price charged by the garage was more than double the amount quoted on the website. Not such a deal when taking that into account, might as well just go direct to the garage and buy the tyres there.

You should improve more about the way you deliver Items/ goods to your customers not just to throw things in front of the door without informing the client not even an email just to inform that things you ordered have arrived, for me I just find that you have poor service next time rectify that mistake

Overall a good experience, as usual. The only inconvenience was that the tires did not arrived in the same shipment. In fact the second pair came 3-4 days later, after the weekend and I missed the chance to put them on the car. Not a big deal, obviously, just I don't understand why the delay. I received tracking emails for both parcels at the same time, so I assume they were shipped together.
