Its nothing about being scam or anything i just geniuenly think the odds of actual winning like on other Competetive sites ( Stake,Chips,Rustclash) the housegames feel odd and winning is really unlikely... mostly you go even or just lose a big stack to a small difference of 2 or 4 scrap... i dont like this web at all ****also you cant see your profit stats which is RED flag**** and personally after reaching level 70 which is quite alot i had only 2 withdraws in my entire gameplay playing with deposits like 100 dollars or more never going threw 200-250 mark... i do not reccomend

Have gambled here for like 3 years and all has been amazing. There is nothing toxic about the people and the best part about it is that dont need to depo to make money. i constantly snowball from the free scrap i get towards 100 dollars sometimes. Another good thing is that you can gamble very easily, no age verification, minimum depo, id. just steam and rust

I’ve been an active user on Bandit since 2023. This past Monday, March 28, I was banned, like many others. The difference is that when bots get banned, they don’t complain. Right now, the Discord server is full of people in the “Help” section asking for answers, and the moderators can't really help. Most of the time, they just repeat basic instructions like sending a ticket through the website or typing commands to check VIP status.

Moderators suggest using the “contact support” option to appeal the ban. When you ask about your case, they say you broke the terms and conditions and that it can't be reversed. They don’t explain the reason, they just wish you a nice day and let you know they won’t reply again. I sent another ticket asking if there was a support email to get a better explanation. The response was I will be banned from support too. Again, they wished me a nice day.

The support staff don’t even use names that inspire trust. Someone with the nickname "Gamer" answered me in a cold way, didn’t seem to check the case, and showed no empathy. This happened even though I was active since 2023 and had deposited real money.

They clearly added a new system to block bad people, but the rollout was bad. It ended up banning a lot of active users by mistake. Instead of fixing it, they just ignored us like nothing happened.

Ignoring people is a sad way to handle things, especially when you're a gambling site holding people's money... Moderator Delfie was always kind, reacting with hearts and stickers. Since Monday, she just posts the same copy-paste message telling people to contact support. When someone new shares the same ban message, she only reacts with goodbye or suspicious emojis, like saying "you must have done something." It’s really disappointing to see that kind of cold attitude when someone has a serious issue and asks for help.
Many of us are regular users, asking politely. This is different from other bans where no one said anything. You can clearly see it in the “Help” section of the Discord server.

Now even people who never joined Discord are joining just to ask why they were banned. These are users who didn’t care about promo codes. For context, promo codes are random giveaways worth about 15 cents to use on Bandit.

About the reviews. Bandit doesn’t pay for them, but there’s something worth noting. A staff member in Discord named “Goose” says they’re being attacked by trolls and bad reviews. Sometimes they offer an extra promo code with limited uses for cooperate here. I don’t think this counts as paying for reviews, but it does weaken the voices of people who were banned unfairly and lost their money. It also takes advantage of people who haven’t had a problem yet, but might face one later. You can check the “Social” or “Announcements” tab in Discord. If they didn’t delete them, the posts asking people to rate the site are still there.

I want to be honest. I think Bandit has a good gambling web and seems transparent, but only if you never run into a problem. The community is friendly and fun. Over the past year, I’ve joined almost every stream hosted by moderators like YatoXudo, where I won three giveaways. I also won with Tanskidegen and Guap. I watched RoosterCatt and LMB1 too, just for fun. I enjoyed every stream. Sometimes I was more active, sometimes less. I was always thankful. I never begged. But when I got banned, I was ignored. That cold attitude that many of us are now facing is really upsetting.

I understand they deal with a lot of fake accounts. That must be tiring. Still, no matter how many scammers they deal with, they can’t ignore someone who asks for help in good faith, especially someone active, respectful, and with real money on the site.

All the fun and good times from the past year were erased by a badly implemented anti-bot/abusive system, cold Discord moderation, and staff who could have helped but didn’t.

At first, I thought about leaving a cold negative review. I was going to say it would expire in 99 years, wish them a nice day. But instead, I’m writing this honestly. I just want them to fix what they broke, reverse the bans from this past Monday, and admit the mistake.

I’m 34. I’ve been an active Steam for over 17 years and own more than 3k games. I’ve used Bandit since 2023. I know who I am. I’m not a cheater. I’m not "Abuse (SG01)". Sadly, this review will probably get a faster reply than the one where they told me I was no longer welcome. The supposed “terms and conditions” I broke seem to exist only in their heads, because I’m sure I didn’t break any of the few rules listed on the site.

From the heart, and with a lot of sadness, I hope this helps someone who’s thinking about joining Bandit and putting money in. Think twice. And I also hope it speaks to the people who rate the site positively just because Goose asked them nicely.

I used Bandit Camp when I was underage. Not once was I asked to verify my age. No ID check, no warnings, nothing. I was able to deposit money and gamble freely — and they still allow this today.

What’s worse is how they try to cover themselves. Bandit Camp claims to offer a "Rustified gaming experience." That’s not just misleading — it’s an attempt to disguise what is clearly unlicensed online gambling. You're not just “playing a Rust-themed game”; you're risking money on chance-based outcomes with no regulation, no odds disclosures, and no protection.

This isn't just shady — it’s illegal. UK law prohibits underage gambling and requires licensing, transparency, and age verification. Bandit Camp does none of that. They hide behind vague branding, offer zero customer support, and refuse to be accountable when things go wrong.

After realizing how serious this was, I reported them to:
- Action Fraud UK
- The Financial Ombudsman Service (via my bank)
- The UK Gambling Commission

Sites like this exist because they bet on people not speaking up. I'm speaking up. If you've been affected — especially if you were underage too — file a complaint. This platform should not be online.

I won $3,300 on this site, after which I was immediately blocked, allegedly I am under 18. I wrote to tech support, provided all my evidence, passport, etc., and they refused to remove the block so as not to pay me money

Many users have been banned and lost their balance. In my case, after playing for several years and have even brought new players to the site through the referral system.
One day, without warning, we were permanently banned... apparently for using promotional codes posted on their channels, and we lost absolutely all our balance. Support doesn't clarify the reason, so we assume it's due to the use of promotional codes, or perhaps for profiting from their own games.

EDIT: Support has confirmed to me that the ban was likely due to the use of free rewards. I don't understand this stance, considering the site allows you to farm balance every 15 minutes if your account is low on credit. While I didn't use this option much, I might have used the codes posted on Discord more, but the Terms of Service don't indicate that their use is prohibited, and they encourage their use within the website itself.

I got 50 euros and all I put in was 5 euros.

Slow support, Goose owner insutling for no reason, more like a joke not a site.

Big and great site but the support is sleeping and not doing well, so that's my opinion...

I literally saw that I was the last one to join, and two of your VIPs were already inside. I was the only one who got banned. Is this your website’s policy?

I waited for 20 hours and saw that I didn’t get any response, so I closed your website.
When I see that your VIP can easily use scripts, insult other players, and your admins do nothing about it…
When I see that low-level players get muted for the smallest comment, but your VIPs, who obviously have special privileges, don’t get muted and can insult others freely…
