The ads itself was really good and I…

The ads itself was really good and I liked all three variations. The only reason I would give them a 4 starts instead of 5 would be that they took a few more days than posted to get the order in.

Total Incompetence

We've been a subscriber for 2 years now and they are getting worse! They do not follow instructions carefully! Total waste of time. We'll be looking for another company to partner with. I had a video request for the Black Friday special and it was a complete disaster. Our simple revision request to omit just one sentence from the captions could not be followed. Instead, more mistakes came up on the revised video! Total incompetence!
