The quality of Bandwerk watch bands is top notch! I especially love the sport band. I have ordered four and they are all fantastic. My only complaint is the shipping to the USA. It's VERY slow and frequently glitchy. Otherwise very happy!

I purchased one of these beautiful looking cases back in January earlier this year for my iphone 15 pro max,
I had problems from the beginning with this case. The screws you have to use install the aluminium band that wraps around the case are incredibly small which makes it extremely difficult to put the case together.

My case had a fault to begin with. I could see through the side of it where the action buttons are located on my phone. I lived with the issue time until it started getting worse over time, to the point where pressing the actions buttons became more and more difficult.

I reached out to the customer services at Bandwerk about this issue and requested a new aluminium band to rectify the issue under the warranty. At this point I want to mention Bandwerk do not advertise any kind of warranty on their website which is poor for a premium brand. The customer services response I received was also poor not becoming of a premium brand. I was informed that the fault with the case was my own fault. I mentioned the warranty and Yusuf at Bandwerk couldn’t find my order due to the company not shipping to the UK anymore.. How can you not find my order? I supplied an order number?? It was nonsense response. There was some back and forth exchanges and Yusuf said he would contact me once he located the order. The last communication was on the 23rd August and it’s now 7th September and I haven’t received a response.

I’m not expecting much from Bandwerk and I would advise people reading this review to be wary of purchasing a case from this company. The brand provides poor customer services, has no warranty information on their website and do not help with their substandard products!

This is a quality band! Not one more from the bunch.

Less known on this side of the ocean but this company has definitely surprised me with the quality and craftsmanship of their bands! After all I one should not be amazed, since its German, not your cheap Chinese knockoff or outsourced US company that is trying to cut corners! These folks mean what they say and do what they mean !

The band in comfortable, well made , looks great ( I ordered the maroon and it is such a deep full shade) dries quickly- and when I had a concern customer service quickly responded and helped me out. I will order again and tell my friends.

Sad to say Bandwerk cannot supply orders to the UK. Having bought several watch straps from this company in the past, to see and hear this from their customer services is truily shocking. When there are no issues to purchase from China, USA, but an EU company cannot supply? Wow!

I am an 80 year old man. I gave up my collector watch’s for the new Apple titanium because if I were in trouble the watch seemed to be an easy way to receive help. When I got my watch I wanted a high quality band . I searched everywhere. I didn’t want flashy , I wanted quality at an affordable price. I found my solution at Bandwerks. I can assure anyone looking for a quality watch band , look no further; Bandwerks.

I ordered the Apple Watch Ultra Vintage Band for my new watch and was blow away by the quality and customer experience. The quality of the leather and the band itself is far better than any similar bands I've purchased on Amazon. I had a minor issue with some of the hardware on the Bandwerks band, but they were all over it! Within 24 hours of an email being sent, they had tracking information shared with replacement parts to address my concern. These are worth the price and the wait for the quality and customer service!

While researching which iPhone 15 to buy, I found a YouTube video comparing iPhone 15's who's creator talked about how he really liked his Bandwerk's phone case. I liked what I saw on the Bandwerks web site with the concave or recessed sides of the case that would seem to give you a better grip on the phone. And I also liked that it came with aluminum buttons. So I ordered the Chocolate Brown leather backed sport phone case and it did not disappoint! Super quick ship from Germany to the US and the case has such a high-quality look and feel. Best phone case I have ever had!

The whole experience is great, from the story of the used leather being reused to build watchbands, the design of the bands, even the smell of the leather is perfect. The main thing is the product experience, the use of the band, this band elevates my apple ultra from 'a big outdoor watch' to a very sophisticated urbane 'luxury' watch, this is impressive that a watch band can do this. Then there is the actual experience of wearing the watch, it is no longer a 'sport' watch with a stretchy band strapped tight to ones wrist, you can now feel the weight of the watch, the watch now looks and feels like a luxury watch. This watch now makes me smile and it's the Band Werks watch band that made it happen. And the strap is getting better every day...

Great, quality bands!!

The cordovan leather band is elegant. It It makes my AW9 look very dressy and classic. Red is actually burgundy/mahogany color and looks great with the stainless steel watch.
