I ordered a leather Stockholm Apple Watch strap and the quality is excellent. It’s great that you can choose the colour of the metal fastenings - the graphite stainless steel matches my watch perfectly. Really quick delivery too.

I think an online shop should be rated on both.
The products are awesome, and really great quality for the money.
The delivery companu (UPS) messed the delivery up, and the customer support for Bandwerk where quick and just send a new order imidiately to my work adress.

Amazing quality Apple Watch straps/bands. They aren’t cheap, but I’ve yet to find a better quality product that isn’t made by Apple.

Purchased an iPhone case and whilst the delivery with UPS wasn’t the best, I couldn’t fault BandWerk at all. The product is stunning and screams high quality. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a case for my new iPhone 13 Pro. I love quality things and this phone case is fantastic. I researched several luxury phone cases and Bandwerks is the best one I found. I was a little hesitant buying an item from another country but the sale a delivery was flawless. When the case arrived the presentation and packaging was very impressive. I was pleasantly surprised when the case fit the phone perfectly. I can tell you Bandwerks is a great company selling very high quality products.

Let me start by saying the quality of these bands are incredible but beyond that this company’s service is unsurpassed!! They are fantastic to deal with and truly want you to have a positive experience.

I ordered the Paris style, Saffiano Blanc. This is a very nice leather watch band to dress up your watch for those who like the look and comfort of leather.
This was delivered to the US only days after order and the packaging was elegant. (Apple could take lessons, and as we know Apple is known for high end packaging)
This is a gift worthy item for those Apple Watch wearing family and close friends. Truly very special and much much nicer than the pictures indicate.
For reference the “hardware” on the band matched my space black titanium perfectly.

Update: I have had this band for almost one year, and wear it daily. It is as gorgeous as the day I received it.

I discovered BandWerk on Google and bought their Paris strap in Red from their shop in Munich. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful. The strap itself is just beautiful and the leather is of a superb quality, very smart and comfortable to wear and is excellent value for money. Far, far better in every way than Apple's own leather strap and a lot cheaper too. My next strap will be in Cognac or maybe Black.

I recently ordered a strap which I’m trying to return as the colour is different to the online picture.
I’ve emailed them 3 times over a 4 day period - to their ‘info’ address, Helena (who’s named on the website) and ‘service’ but no reply. All email addresses are listed on their website. They also don’t answer the phone.
I’d avoid using them, especially if you’re located outside Germany as returns seem difficult and potentially very expensive.

Just received my order for a cordova leather strap-impressive quality, Packaged well in a very classy wooden box container and to add to that...delivery took less than a week despite that's coming from Germany.

Like other reviews, they came up in Google as a supplier of quality iWatch straps. I emailed them a test query and they responded quickly so I felt more comfortable in parting with my hard earned cash.

Order a strap, arrived, was great quality, good materials and well constructed. There was a slight blip which I emailed them about and they quickly resolved.

Overall I HIGHLY rate this firm and compared to Amazon, Ebay and maybe even some high street companies, these guys outshine the rest on customer satisfaction, quality and communication.

Would certainly use again and recommend to anyone on the market for their products.

I have just bought my first Apple Watch and wanted a quality classic leather strap to go with it. I have bought a few different types of strap from different companies which are good but the quality of this leather strap is far superior including the Apple straps I have. The Cordovan black leather strap is beautiful and the adapters match the titanium casing perfectly. I have worn it almost all the time since receiving it a few days ago, I am very impressed at the quality and love the look of it as well. It also came with a stainless mesh bracelet at no extra cost! Delivery was extremely fast, and free while we are still in the EU.
I have to say my purchase experience was pretty much the best I have ever had. The customer service I received from Helena was exceptional. My questions sent by email before I went ahead were answered immediately and she went above and beyond to deliver an absolutely outstanding experience for me. Most companies have forgotten what the most important thing is, the one thing that keeps their business alive, their customers! I feel much more than a valued customer and now know they are genuinely focused on delivering high quality products with customer service which exceeds my highest expectations by far. They will always be the first place I go to for my next strap and have gained a customer for life. I highly recommend them to you!
