Great variety of flavours and you can even choose your fat content.

The best biltong and jerky in Sussex
The best biltong and jerky in Sussex. Spent hundreds of pounds with them and nothing but pure perfect taste with every bite. Can’t recommend them enough. Even my 4 year old daughter fights me for a bag.

Opened one and tried it.

Poor quality product with huge lumps of fat sold a meat!
I bought a couple of packs of their Biltong at a festival at the weekend. Having never eaten it before I asked a few questions before purchasing. At no time did the sale person make any mention of the fact that this product would have huge lumps of fat sold as meat. Nor did they indicate that the packaging had a small window that I could look through and choose based on what I could see.
When I got home and opened the packs I found them to be more fat than meat, meaning that to my family they were inedible. When I contacted the company I received a rather rude response, telling me that I should have told them that we couldn’t eat fat, and/or looked through the tiny windows in the packets. If they had explained about the fat content and/or the tiny windows in the packaging then that would have been useful. Instead they rudely blame the customer for being unhappy with their substandard product!
I would heartily recommend that you avoid using his company at all costs!

After reviewing our emails where we tried to explain how things would have been different if you had mentioned any of the above at the time of purchase. You bought in person and was able to select your own bag which has a clear window on the front for you to be able to see what you were buying and we would also have been able to guide you if you had mentioned you do/don't like fat on your meat. We have also said we were sorry to hear you were unhappy and accept that we cannot please everyone. The very nature of red meat is that it will come with fat unless you have something highly processed which ours is not. I'm sorry you thought our correspondence was rude, i do believe looking back on the emails that the rudeness did not come from ourside. As a small business we work very hard to produce quality products which we believe and numerous other customers also believe to be the case.
