This company scams people. Their products are terrible and it's all Chinese Alibaba stuff white labeled. They own gravid.ca and a topper called Doze. The pictures on the site look nothing like the crap you receive in the mail. Then they refuse to refund you. Thankfully paypal saw their scam and ordered them to refund me.

Started out well, the Bang massage gun was good, seemed quality. But 12 months on, the battery is dead with no way to replace it. Display lights up when plugged in, but no longer works. AVOID

Would not recommend. Battery died completely and gun won't turn on a week or 2 after the 1-year warranty expired (even though it was a Christmas present and it's overall use was under a year).

I contacted customer support to see if they would be willing to repair it or send out a replacement battery, but they were extremely unhelpful. They said i could purchase a new one as the only option. There is no way to swap out a broken battery, and now i've got to send this gun to landfill because it's no longer operable. Such a shame and reeks of planned obsolescence.

What l l over about this massage gun is how fast it charges and the battery life. You can move around while utilizing your device which makes for an amazing experience! This massager is a lifesaver! l was using one of those neck_massage pillow devices for my neck and shoulder pain from long hours in front of a computer at work, but this far surpasses it. The various speeds are excellent and you can precision target tight knots. lf you're looking for a great massage, this kit has everything required and comes in an attractive carrying case.

Wow, im very disappointed with the quality of product just like so many others. I ordered the massage gun and used it for about 1 year on and off. It was great at the time and didnt need constant use and worked well when needed. We moved and it was stored properly for about a year. I went to charge it last night and its a dead product, the battery doesnt charge. Ive never paid so much for a product of so poor lasting quality. I don't recommend this product but perhaps if you are ok with short use you will be happy with its immediate performance.

Buyer beware, I tried ordering from them on Sept 29th with free shipping supposed to arrive in a week. After 2 weeks I inquired on why no shipping notification. Was told things were back ordered and would be a few more weeks, offered a $20 partial refund for delay. Since then there have been 3 other delay periods that have come and gone where I ask for a full refund. However they just keep repeating they understand my frustration and will just be a few more weeks and don't process my refund. I can only imagine how bad customer service would be if I can't even get the product I paid for 3 months ago!

I purchased a BANG Percussive Therapy Massage Gun approximately two years ago.

I absolutely loved the product for the first year or so, but the battery cannot hold a charge at the two-year mark.

The customer service team was responsive when I asked for a new battery or to replace the product, but they ultimately cited their three-month warranty and only offered a reasonable discount for the purchase of a newer model.

I'm not sure how the battery lifespan of this BANG massage gun compares to other models and the models of their competitors, but I was hopeful I would get a few more years out of the otherwise great product.

This is a new review on a gun I bought 4 years ago. Battery life was less than a year as it no longer held a charge, and because it was past 100 days, they couldn't do a refund. It went into my closet and stayed there to collect dust. 4 years later it was found in a move. At this point I inquired about sending it back to get it fixed...they can't do that. Asked if they could properly dispose of it...can't do that either. Wasn't able to use it any longer than maybe 1 year. It's a waste on the environment as it's in perfect condition other than the battery. Other really great massage guns out there, but this brand isn't one of them.

Please look elsewhere if you are interested in purchasing a massage gun. I ordered the Full Body Bundle which includes the goose neck and pro. When I received the massage guns, the pro didn't work. I reached out to customer service to request an exchange and expected that, because of their 90-day returns/refunds policy, this would be a relatively simple process. The customer service representative constantly stalled and the process was very difficult. There seems to be a lot of companies to buy massage guns from, I'd recommend not considering Bang.

I bought a Bang v 1 massage gun. I did not use it very often. I successfully recharged it only once, now it cannot recharge. Bang says I could have returned the gun or replacement within 3 months, but mine is older than that and they do no repair their products -even if I offered to pay for the repair! When this product fails, it's straight to the landfill!

Within half an hour of purchasing the product, I read the reviews on this website, and asked to cancel the transaction. They refused, and said I could refuse to accept the delivery. I contacted my bank to report that I’d purchased something from a scam website and to cancel my credit card. I also lodged a dispute with the bank to try and get my money back. The product now appears to be on its way but there is no return address or phone number. They have not responded to further contact.

I bought the Bang massage gun in May of 2023 and it already stopped working. It no longer charges. When I contacted the company and told them what was happening, they said it’s a known problem, but didn’t offer to replace it. They offered me 50% off a new one.

This company does not honour its 100 day free trial guarantee. I suffer from arthritis and fibromyalgia on my whole body, and especially on my hand. Thus, the gun is too heavy for me to handle. I wanted to return it, but the email address and the phone number provided by the company are wrong. I submitted my request for a return and never heard from them. Since I paid through Paypal, I had to open a dispute with them. I was told to return the product within 5 days, provide a tracking number and had to pay $49. for shipping fees. I am still waiting for my refund. Stay away from this company.
They are not transparent, nor professionnal.

CON! This is a warning. I purchased and had money taken over a month ago. No replies to any emails. Check out the website for yourselves as it has no phone number for contact information either. I should have checked and now extremely angry about being robbed of my £80!

received massage gun and it's ok, took a while to ship out, but like other reviews listed here my Card was hit with Fraud about two weeks after, this was the only new retailer I had used the card with. look up their address with street view it is a plumbing store, Website URL is tied to an empty lot. They seem to be associated with a simplesleep and a dozen other scam sites that have 1 ratings. Avoid these are your basic criminals.

Don't buy this product. The after-sales is so unprofessional & it's a con. The product broke after a few weeks, they ignore emails & you're 100% wasting your money.

This is a con. Ordered a bang machine and they responded and said they had sold out and will send one by end of month. I received a parcel via Amazon and it’s a different brand - £30 on Amazon. Just noticed same issue happened with someone else so maybe not coincidence. 3 weeks and not answering emails - now trying to get money back via credit card.

Don't even think they are worth one star! Ordered a bang machine after a while I hadn't heard anything so contacted them, they responded and said they had sold out and will send one in 3 weeks time. It turned up today and its not even a bang machine! It's one I could've got off amazon for £30!
There goes £80 down the drain :-(

Unfortunately I didn't read the poor reviews before ordering. My experience has been exactly the same as those below. My order didn't arrive and there appears to be no customer service. No one has ever responded to my attempts to contact them. Shocking company.

Can I give no stars? Gun arrived and worked without issue for a month. No longer charges, tried to contact them over 20 times via Facebook, instagram and direct email.....no response at all.

Still within 100 day return period, more chance of Elvis moving in next door that these absolute cowboys responding. £80 down the pan.
