I’ve had a great experience with my credit card so I’m very happy. Transactions are handled smoothly and the customer service has been helpful when required. App is easy to navigate and it’s easy to keep track of spending and payments. I also like how quickly I can accumulate rewards points. I would recommend this card.

I enjoy having a M & S Cedit Card, and a Sparks Card. The design and colour of the Credit Card is favourable. To apply for a credit card was very simple although it was a long time ago.
Paying a small fee every month entitles me to free coffee's and a gift several times a year, plus bonus points on shopping which I find useful.
The only thing I miss is a afternoon tea voucher for my birthday. Apart from that well done M & S.

I am very happy with M&S bank. I have had my card for many years now and have never had a problem with it. The site is easy to navigate and understand. And of course I enjoy the rewards that come with using it.

Very good system after many years using it I haven’t had any problems. I had to re-read new rewards to digest details and hope I’ve not missed anything.
I think if in doubt ask; everyone is very helpful and will do their best to put you right.
Club rewards I have found superb.

I used to love the M&S credit card and it has been my go to one. However an age old gripe is that you cannot download it as a CSV file. Lately I am not sure I fully understand or like the new rewards scheme

It is a grear card to possess , I find it particularly handy arranging travel money as I travel quite a bit . Then you have the opportunity to shop in srore and freshen up your holiday attire . Store opening hours are a benefit too as you can on a busy day pick your clothes and holiday cash at the same .

I was surprised to be offered such a low credit limit. Even after 12 months and having spent over £13,000 on th card all paid off ahead of time, they refuse to increase what is a very low credit limit. Other than that he card is great for our spending as we shop in M&S a lot and like the offers, free drinks and voucher system which gives a little bit back. The card is easy to pay online and it is easy for me to track where I am.

Simple and easy to use; queries responded to and investigated when odd/overseas payments are queried. Website easy to navigate and using the app means I get real time notifications when the card is used. Benefits have recently been revamped as have lots of other providers but still worth having as a little treat always goes down well.

I have had an M & S credit card for many years now and up until I received my last statement, I had been very happy with how it worked. Unfortunately, I made a slight error when I repaid my balance last month & input the incorrect amount to be settled. This resulted in me owing M & S precisely 20 pence. They then charged me £27.03 in interest for this small obvious error on my part. To be fair to them, they did agree to remove the interest charge after I telephoned and complained. However, I do not think this is how loyal customers who make rare simple mistakes should be treated. I shall be looking for an alternative credit card provider.

I have been an M&S credit card holder for around 20 years. My limit is £5k I always pay the full balance outstanding each month. Recently I asked to increase my limit to £7.5k, the reason for this was I was about to go on a cruise and as you have to use a card for expenses I wanted to ensure there was enough credit on my card. M&S responded by asking for proof of income etc. I understand why this would be needed for new customers but all they had to do in my case was to look at my payment record. Needless to say I will not be taking this further.

The young lady I spoke to was very polite and patient as she could tell I was a person past a certain age. She offered and did send me an email explaining how to reset my credit card pin

Initially, being very incapable with using computers and apps, I had considerable difficulty obtaining access to my online account, which previously had been totally straightforward. But having received help from M&S, I now find everything very easy. Couldn't be better!

i’ve been an M&S credit card customer for many years. i pay £10/month which gets me lots of perks and rewards, extra points etc. it’s a good brand with excellent customer service. i wish they would provide the card to use abroad at great rates though.
