delivery from hell...
my daughter ordered 2 sofas to be delivered to her 1st floor house. The delivery driver was alone and she tried to help. The driver asked her to be at the bottom of the stairs and lift the sofa while he was at the top. He completely let go of the sofa and she became trapped under it. She was covered in bruises and put such an effort to not be crushed that she had burst blood vessels in her muscles everywhere. Banken Bazaar is comletely ignoring this and blames a "failed delivery because of customer's fault". They are simply not even acknowledging the issue. It is unacceptable.
