In hospital emergency situations not got any help for transfer.

I contacted customer care and the person name is Anurag, at midnight 2’o clock I contacted because I got emergency situation and one of my frd transfer money to me and not credited and I need to transfer to other frd as his uncle in hospital but everyday midnight the BOB Application always in maintenance, I ask anurag to give me solution but he is sending same mgs that sorry for inconvenience, apologies for inconvenience, instead of understanding the hospital emergency situation and need to transfer the money, but unfortunately not got any help from customer care ( Anurag) and not even from bank of baroda. Very bad experience. Here no have options for photo add otherwise I have chat screenshot as well.

Outstanding Assistance from Bank Staff CHETAN

I recently visited your branch and was assisted by CHETAN from central London branch .I was very impressed with her professionalism, patience, and courteous behavior. She clearly explained all the procedures and made the entire process smooth and efficient. Her excellent customer service reflects very well on the bank. Thank you for the great experience.

Worst Bank Experience

Baroda branch is not functioning efficiently. The overall process is extremely slow, and the employees often display rude and unprofessional behavior. It appears that they do not value customers’ time, which causes inconvenience and frustration for the people visiting the branch.

I unfortunately have been a 13 yr…

I unfortunately have been a 13 yr client of "BOB Kenya Ltd.", as they currently refer to themselves. Their organisation is best described either as incompetent or incredibly careless. I had a joint account with my Mum, due to an inheritance from my Father who was working in Kenya. My Mum who also passed away, more recently, is still on the account even though I have email confirmation after submitting the relevant documents that she was removed. When I went to request access to my account to make a transfer, in order to keep it active, their customer service choose to not respond for months. By the time of their response my account was dormant. Almost 2 yrs later I am about to retain a lawyer to release my money so I can terminate this toxic relationship. "BOB Kenya Ltd" at some point either by Government requirements or internal changes requires an account holder to now have Kenyan ID or a work permit, neither of which I possess. Instead of formally informing legacy customers they no longer qualify to hold an account, so they can provide the required documents or give them the opportunity to transfer their funds, they did nothing. This "institution" will only cause you stress, invest elsewhere, somewhere you are considered and respected as a real person.

Do not ever use this bank

Pathetic customer service. My BOB world app hasn't been working for over a month. I am an NRI customer and have complained many times. While they say, it's fixed, it's not. Every time I try to log in, i get a random text message for which I get charged INR 100. I have paid nearly INR 6000 during this time and still it's not fixed. Their customer service has no idea what *service* means. India wants to attract more and more NRIs to bring money to India and with this kind of service, I would not recommend anyone this bank ever.

"Extremely disappointed with this bank

"Extremely disappointed with this bank. I noticed unauthorized charges on my account and immediately contacted customer care, but was told there was nothing they could do. As someone who works hard and struggles financially, even a small amount matters to me. It's shocking that such a large bank can be so careless and dismissive of their customers' concerns. I would never recommend anyone to open an account here. This experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disheartening." real time bastard

Netbanking, Bank Facility and Staff

I have an NRE & a Saving Accounts in Bank of Baroda Delhi area since last 25 years.
internet Banking of BoB is a Nightmare, a headache, always difficulty in logging, asking to reset of PW multiple times.
i have Account in ICICI which is very user friendly and easy to operate, Staff is Great and Cooperative.
I have visited few Branches of the Bank Baroda, and the conditions are very unhygienic and poor, leakage in ceiling, most staff is uncivilized and seems very busy. Some Staff Haryana Speaking are the Worst and looks like totally Uneducated. I believe such people should be in the field caring the Cattles.
BoB top Management- please do not hire the Hindi Speaking Staff (mainly Haryana, UP) in City Branches. send them to Rural Branches. Such Staff are bad for BoB image.
infact, i found the Peon, Office Assistant, Security Guard of Branch well behaved than Staff.

This bank has just made a joke of my time.....

This bank has just made a joke out of my time. I don't know how my phone number is registered as someone else's number in their data and they keep on calling all day in every 10-15 minutes.
Every time istg
I keep on repeating that's its my number not someone else's. And every freking time they tell me it will be registered it will be registered. But... How come they call me 10-15 times in a day.
And even if I answer that freking call they have to audacity to tell that they will register my name and call me 10-15 times again 🤯
I have been fed up
And it's not 1st time
They call me continuously from 1st of month till 20th of month and this to every month!!!! From past 6-7 months

This bank is one of the most useless…

This bank is one of the most useless bank in India... dont ever keep your hard earned money here, they will convince you to apply for some oppulence card and scam you with 9500 rs annual debit card charges, worst RM will be assigned to you, even if you are HNWC and they will fool you with charges.

Arcot ID Disabled, Phone change pending

Since July 13, 2025, I went to the Base Branch in Gandhi Bazar for a Phone number change on my NRO account. I must admit, the concerned branch staff (Gunjan) was very courteous. She did express that she will get this handled in about a week's time.
BOB has horrendously archaic process, it looks like.
After a number of phone calls some late night (in US) to coordinate, the changes in the branch were completed a month later!
I requested an escalation. 10 days ago, the regional office sent a query that the number should be a US number. BOB does not send OTP to US Phone numbers and for that reason, I had invested in a India number with international roaming facility.

Meanwhile, I complained to the branch that my online account has since become unusable. I have no access from the web as it says my Arcot ID has been disabled.

My repeated messages to Ms. Gunjan as well as the branch were ignored.

Finally, I lodged a complaint. Ref: BCOT86520921382 on Aug19.
On Aug 22, (Fri 7pmIST), I get a message a link will be sent to me to reissue the credentials, knowing fully well the bank is closed on Sat (4th Sat) and I cannot obviously reach the bank.

My ordeal continues. I wonder seriously why I continue doing business with this bank. I might as well work with a bank who knows to value customers' time.

If there was a way to give a 0 or negative rating, I would.

Zero support, zero response

This bank suddenly started to send me someone else's confidential bank documents and reports. I tried to contact them using emails listed on their site, and notified them about the mistake, but it did not help. They just ignore my requests and keep spamming me.
To fill their complaint forms online, I need to use the data which I don't have, as I never opened any accounts here. This is a deadlock.
I certainly do not recommend this business.

Bank of Baroda customers beware

Bank of Baroda customers beware! I've experienced a big scam where they're pushing India First Life Insurance Company policies. It seems there's a link between the bank and the insurance company, and they're forcing customers to buy insurance. I've lost a significant amount of money and wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. Be cautious and avoid falling prey to this scam."

One of the worst bank ever i have seen…

One of the worst bank ever i have seen yet this bank take 6 months to change phone number and even we can’t make online payment with debit card because its not supported to commercial use then why you are issuing a debit card shut your bank off we have no time to come to your bank for every small thing
