Where do I start!
I contacted Banks of Lyon to ask if they were able to get me the Cartier Panthere watch in size mini - as my boyfriend was getting it for me as a 30th birthday gift. I spoke on chat to a very lovely lady named Aziza.
She took my details and explained it was hard to get a hold of and would speak to her Cartier dealer, within the space of an hour I heard back to say it was possible if we placed the order.
After the order was placed Aziza tried her very best to get it to me before I flew out on holiday - this however was out of her hands and Cartier simply were not able to get it to me on time.
Because of this Aziza went ABOVE AND BEYOND by sending out the cutest pair of gold earrings, a bottle of Prosecco and birthday card so I had something to open! To say this stunned me is an understatement.
Literally the day I arrived in Mexico I received a text explaining the watch had arrived & that she would keep it in the safe for me until I return. Roll on week later, I text to say I was home and not even 24 hours later I have received my beautiful watch - immaculately packaged with their stunning gift wrapping.
I honestly cannot recommend this company enough - especially the service Aziza provides her clients.
You have made a customer for life. Thank you again!

Tag Heuer
Having had a failed and unhelpful trip to the Tag Heuer shop I took to searching the internet for a reputable retailer to discuss a purchase. Banks Lyon appeared and an inquisitive email was sent to negotiate a price. Aziza got in touch and a few exchanges later we arrived at a price. 24 hours later a gift wrapped watch was delivered. Excellent and pain free service start to finish and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

They were really honest and transparent, supporting with additional photos, sizing and guidance when I couldn't go and see the watch. Went into the Lancaster branch today to have a look at Rolex’s and other watches for myself as a treat. I was greeted with such kindness from both women. I just purchased a pair of earrings (online) from Banks Lyon, and I’m very happy with the whole process. I asked questions via WhatsApp, the personal shopper was very responsive and helpful! My experience with Bank Lyon Jewellers was simply exceptional. With my 50th birthday on the horizon and looking for a watch I found the Longines Conquest VHP at a discounted price on their site & as I was buying online I did some research and felt confident in making the purchase. They made contact through whatsapp and asked if I would like them to alter the bracelet and confirming when it would be dispatched. The watch was delivered very well packaged and having mentioned it was for my upcoming birthday they also included a birthday card which is a great touch.
