1. difficult communication when submitting the design: they had shifted my graphics on purpose without asking and added a white border to the banner. I had to clearly specify over several messages that they needed to just leave the design alone and print as supplied.

2. first banner was packed extremely amateur. they had folded it in half, causing the printing to stick to each other, once opened it had pulled the printing off causing damage.

3. it takes days to get a reply from banners village. customer service email doesnt reply. we only managed to get in contact with them because they added us on whatsapp.

4. their website phone number and google maps phone number DO NOT WORK.

5. They take 1-2 days to reply on whatsapp.

6. We finally got them to re-print the banner ONE WEEK after first delivery. and they sent it in a plastic tube = YES THIS WAS BETTER BUT the tube broke in half during delivery.

7. After nearly 2 weeks, we finally got a banner that was as expected.

We will certainly NOT be ordering anything from banner village again after our experience and will not recommend them to anyone else.

For balance, when they finally did reply they were apologetic and did resolve our issue, albeit slowly.

Good communication via WhatsApp, very convenient, seller very friendly and made the process very easy. Banner looks amazing, thank you!

I ordered 2 banners from this company not only were they inexpensive they looked great. I would highly recommend this company

Excellent Service from these guys. Very responsive and helpful in getting a couple of banners designed, printed and delivered within a couple of working days.
I made an error on an order which they resolved immediately.
