Ordered a jumper for next day delivery on 9th december for world Christmas jumper day on the 12th, jumper didn't arrive till the Monday after ,so fair enough they were busy....but at least let me return the jumper! 38.99 for a jumper and nextday delivery, completely ignored all my emails, unacceptable - clearly customer service isn't their strong point, clearly not that busy as always posting on Facebook!!! Shame on you

Do not buy from this place they do not respond to emails or send you the item.

Ordered a jumper and paid for next day delivery. Took 3-4 days to arrive at which point I had no use for it anymore because it was for a themed party. Contacted Banter King 3-4 times to organise a return & refund and received no response. When they finally responded it was a vague response with no answer or resolution. Asked again several times via email to sort out my refund, but I was ignore.

The biggest red flag should’ve been the name Banter King. Steer clear.

Have send my parcel back because it arrived to late paid extra for 1st class had 2nd class delivered still haven’t had refund back been contacting nearly everyday can’t be bothered to answer my messages…😡

My order arrived safely. The package was strong and secure. The product was as described on the site. I would be happy to use you again.

Won’t reply to my email/messages and my items never arrived and one month later still no refund or reply other than what was your order number then just never got back to me

Paid for next tracked 24 hour delivery recieved my order days later when it was too late emailed the company 3 or 4 times in regards to a refund/ return and still yet to receive an email back. Terrible customer service

Quality was amazing on fabric and prints all washed well …. will be re ordering 100% pluss exra bonus wore the tinsel t**s for work xmas eve and had 2 Karen's complain about my jumper (i work in a bar not a day care centre) loved it new tradition created 😂 even the bosses found it funny

Terrible customer service and can’t even send the correct colour item, ordered an item and paid the extra for next day delivery, item took over a week to get to me and wasn’t even the colour I ordered.

Tried to get in contact with the team to let them know the issue with the order and not heard anything back, so have had to do a charge back through my bank to get a refund now.

The cards I ordered were amazing,arrived when stated, will definitely be using again .

from start to finish everything was first rate,the best communication you,ll ever get ,both very funny and helpful,will defininately use again

Paid for 24hr tracked delivery for an item over a week ago, still haven’t received it. Customer services have done nothing about it despite messages through the website. I’ve since been put in an email chain by Banter King with over 100 other customers email and billing addresses, surely a breach of GDPR. I messaged again to inform them but no reply.

Ordered from here a week ago and had a email saying they lost all orders and send a copy of the order to them and they would send out my product. I’m still waiting for it not a happy customer had no response from my email saying or updating my on the situation

From start to finish amazing service told me from start they were printing my cards
Delivery and dispatch info was relayed to me
Cards are spot on exactly how they look on site thank you

Awful company , made order for a product and paid £5.99 for delivery 1st class said 1-2days , done this as it was a birthday present , birthday is tomorrow and still not even an email to advise of a delivery time . Will not be using again

And still no delivery date and I’ve seen a lot more people who have had the same issues as their staff have been cc all and every customer into there emails …SCAM COMPANY
