We went for a meal for a graduation…

We went for a meal for a graduation party, we were a party of 15, We had pre booked by email and received an acknowledgment. When we turned up at 4:30pm the table was ready, we finally were served at 6 pm there were a number of the menu items that weren’t available although previously asked for I ordered the chicken schnitzel it was tough and chewy. The general opinion was not good, when we complained we were told that the website had not communicated our wishes ( the table was reserved so they were aware we were coming) We were very disappointed with the service and food.
