they block your account and keep your money for no reason

I really was a fan. Then they blocked my account without prior notice and kept the winnings and the deposit as well. I was accused for fraud in general but got no further explaination. In the end, I had given up hope to get the winnings paid outand just wanted my original deposit back - which was just 58 euro. But they refused the payout. I then made a complaint at a well known platform that remainend unsolved because the casino didn't even bother to respond to it. This was the most disappointing and unfair threatment i ever experienced in years.

But where does it go

I'm confused on why my money changes and where my free spins went.... the variety of games is good,it's a good design good games weird when it comes to free spins and money tho
