Customer Service is great !
I had to return wonderful G9 coat because of the size (too small for my son). Baracuta Customer Service has been responsive and very helpful, making the return process (often heavy) very smooth. I will re order a new coat (in the right size) without any doubt.

What a nice Jacket
This was my first Baracuta experience and I am absolutely happy. The G9 looks in reality even better and the fitting guide helped me pick up the right size.

The site is wrong
The jacket is ok but l had commanded à size 42 and i received 40 . On the additionnel etiquet it was Written 42 but the etiquet inside the jacket is 40. Neverthekess i jeep it.

Great Experience and Product
Bought my G9 in green through the web store, though luckily I already have two others in mist and dark navy (and yes, the jacket is THAT good to make you want many of them!) which helped enormously with sizing. I would recommend sizing up one size from your regular size - the jacket is somewhat of a slimmer cut. Not overly so, but enough to size up if you feel you need a bit more room for a proper fit. Didn't deal with customer service, but shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered the jacket on a Sunday evening, and it arrived from Italy to the US on Wednesday morning. Build quality and construction are superb. Styling is classic and timeless. Color represented on the website is actually identical to the actual product. Everyone's eyes are different, but this is the closest representation of website photo to product inspection regarding color that I have ever seen. Bravo Baracuta all around!

Fine service
I received my order fast, but the size of the item was wrong (by their fault). Refund was processed quickly, support was responsive, I got my money back pretty fast.
However, I didn't get any compensation for the inconvenience I had (packing, printing return label, sending, time spent on communication etc.)
