Customer support is non-existent. I returned an item a month ago and they haven't issued the refund. They are also ignoring emails, and the chatbot on the website does not work. I had to open a dispute with my credit card. Do not buy anything from them.

You sent me the wrong colour of the G9, I was told that someone would reach out, this never happened, only until I complaint you did, just to offer a return after a few days. I decided to keep the jacket as I love them, but it was unnaceptable.

My Recent G9 Purchase
I recently bought a navy suede G9 Harrington and it's a beautiful jacket! It looks fantastic, is comfortable, and feels great when you wear it. I also appreicate Baracuta's customer service. I had to exchange my origingal G9 purchase because the jacket was one size too big. Baracuta made the return process easy and they were very prompt in refunding my original payment. I will definetly purchase additional Baracuta products in the future.

Terrible customer service experience
I requested a Korea-UK FTA Certificate of Origin for tax savings, but they refused without any valid reason. When I followed up, they completely ignored me and went silent. I have decided never to purchase from Baracuta again.
