Liza responded quickly my email and found solution for my problem. Customer service on Bara sportswear is one of the best that i have ever experienced.

I ordered leggings but the fit wasn’t right for me. When I returned them Klarna troubled me with payment requests even though I submitted the return info. Bara however fixed the problem right away! Customer service was very friendly and helpful!

I adore bara tights. Out of more than 10 pair of tights over the span of 6+ years Ive only had one seam rip - and the customer service was no less than perfect. Quick and useful replies. One happy customer

Edit: 27th of February 2025 - I still haven’t received my package that was returned to sender so i never received a refund or the leggings back.

Don't use this website if you think you might want to return an item. I'm unsure of my size, but thought I would give it a try anyway. The product itself is very nice, so no problem there. But I ended up having to return it.

They say they have a simple return policy but they don't.

I had to go through a weird list when returning the item, I paid for the return myself, and made sure to send an email with the proof that I have sent it + tracking number.

Then goes a couple of weeks and I contact them because I haven't received my refund, they say they haven't gotten the item, I said to them that I can see per the tracking number that the item has arrived and they need to go pick it up.

They say they would do so and I would have to wait 4-6 WEEKS for the refund to be processed. Which is unacceptable due to consumer law.

I then wait a week or so more, still I hear nothing, and then I go to check that they in fact HAVEN'T PICKED UP my return order!!! So now It's being returned to ME, and I would now have to pay for a return again which would now almost make it as expensive as the leggings.

Incredible unproffessional return policies, I have never tried anything like this. I very rarely write reviews because i'm a very large person, but this seems like a total ripoff.

The products are good, but please avoid this if you think you might have to return an item.

I send a reclamation about broken leggings and got a quick response. Also my issue was solved quickly. I'm happy with the end result even though the leggings that were broken were out of stock. I got to select a different product to replace the broken ones. 10/10 customer service!

I have ordered already many products from the Bara website and love the look and feel of them. Also the customer support is perfect. The shipping needs some time (between one to two weeks for Belgium), but I do not mind.

I have shopped at this online store for the first time. They had an offer on jeans that I wanted to try. The offer was 3 for 2. I couldn't register this, and ended up only getting 2 jeans. I wrote a Mail to them and explained the situation. Shortly afterwards I received a very pleasant reply, in which they will send me a pair of jeans, so I can take advantage of their offer. Now it just remains to see that I actually get the extra pair of trousers. But it promises very well, and I was very happy for such good customer service.

Delivery to Holland took weeks. Pick one size larger (short). Return to Sweden is EURO 14.

Had kind contact when my return package was lost. After one of the two items I returned was not available in my size I could choose between different ways on how to get the refund. (Money, different item, gift code)

I would have liked a personal contact when the second item in the return package that was available in my size (this item) was sent to me. The link to the package tracking in the email did not work, so I felt a little in the dark on the whereabout of that package.

I am buying from Bara regularly. This is a very reliable company. Customer support to a high standards, as it should be. Good quality, sustainable clothes.

BUYER BEWARE- MASSIVE EXTRA CHARGES.

Despite checking info about delivery they made no mention of the extra customs charges. In fact website states all duties are paid at checkout.
Well they’re not!!
Ended up with a massive customs bill.
Will not be ordering from them again however good the quality is, it’s just not worth it.
