Great service, great pants.

Great company with high quality and super comfy clothes. If you have any issues, the support team will help you quickly in a friendly manner. Only one time it happened that a pair of jeans broke and the team shipped a replacement for me.
Bara jeans and leggings are my favorite since I got my first pair. I wear Bara 4XL and it is great that they are thinking also about plus size customers. I will definitely be ordering more as I have fill trust in the company and the excellent support team.

I’ve ordered from this company many times in the past and have always been happy with the quality. This was the first time a product didn’t hold up to the usual standards, a pair of trousers that broke after only a few uses. That said, the customer service experience was excellent. They shipped a replacement with minimal effort on my part, which I really appreciated.

Customer service was very friendly and responded to any questions clearly and quick! The products felt really comfortable and seemed to be good quality.

I ordered a few items for my training sessions and I’m really happy with everything. The standout for me was the excellent customer service. One of the tights (the Burgundy Ribbed Seamless) had a faulty stitching and ripped after just three wears, but the team responded quickly and helped me find a solution.

Here’s what I ordered:
• Black Shape Tights – Perfect for workouts, supportive and flattering.
• Burgundy Ribbed Seamless Tights – Very comfortable, though I had an issue with the stitching.
• Teal Eco T-Shirt – My favorite item from the order! Soft, breathable, and fits beautifully.
• Black Shape Bra – Lovely design with well-placed padding. Great for medium-impact training.

Overall, a great shopping experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I have some clothes from BARA Sportswear, which I really like, but this time the new models didn’t fit me as I gained some extra weight. Nevertheless, their support service worked perfectly and fully assisted me with the return and refund process. I am still waiting for the refund as it may take a few business days, but the communication was easy, and BARA Sportswear supported me at every step. I’ll be waiting for the new models and colors to place another order soon.

This is the first time I've encountered such a lack of information about a shipment.
Was written many emails, I wanted to raise a dispute through PayPal, because there was no specific and clear answer, only a suggestion to wait. When buying for the first time and knowing how many cases of fraud there are, the suggestion to wait sounded very unpleasant.

The clothes are comfortableand good and the customer service is by far the best one I have ever had to deal with

Had a problem with my shipment but Bara's customer service handled everything perfectly. Highly recommend Bara's leggings and customer service :)

I purchased the Strelitzia Bikini set, and it was just at beautiful in really as on the pictures. Unfortunately it did not fit me and I had to return it.
My return package somehow got lost with the shipping company and took a month to get back to Bara. Bara customer support was great in the process and offered full refund despite the package being delayed.
Note that you have to pay for the return process.

My package took a while to get to Iceland and when I contacted BARA They answered real quick. Love my Freja pants.

The quality of the legging and shorts is really good. I experienced some difficulties with the delivery, the customer service was really helpful.
