When a safety piece broke off inside my settle 30, I wasn't sure what the cost would be to fix it. A short call to customer service was met with "we'll send you the part for free. What's your address?" I wasn't expecting that. So I must commend your excellent policies and customer service.

Kind, fast, vip treatment

Kind, attentive, and rapid support. Rep reached out within 24 hours. Figured out the problem and the part required. Shipped it fast and provided excellent instructions for self-repair. This is a base model nearly ten years old and they still treat you like their number one customer.

Up and working again

took care of the issue, and sent me a new part, but the emails back and forth were endless and teh customer service reps were a bit taciturn. Had they just sent a reminder of how to take the thing apart, and then put it back together, it would have been quicker. Those of us who dont take our grinder apart everyday need reminders.

ESP Pro Bean Flow

Even though we weren’t able to completely resolve the issues of the Baratza ESP Pro grinder, the communication and support has been excellent. The issue is with consistent bean flow from the hopper through the flow control disc to the grinding burr. It requires some manual manipulation. Hoping Baratza designers can come to some solution to improve that area. The grind is excellent.
