Couldn’t order parts on the website because it said they were out of stock. Sent a message to customer service and after a couple quick emails I had the parts ordered the next day and received a few days later

Solved the problem! The Baratza customer rep. sent an email with a wiring diagram and described possible solutions to the issues that I was having. I was able to diagnose the problem. A loose solder connection for the power transistor. Fixed it myself. All good!

They quickly figure it out what was wrong with my grinder and sent me the right part to fix it myself and I am back. I’m very pleased with my Barratza grinder! They are the BEST!!

My machine was having a small maintenance issue, and the team was excellent in helping to troubleshoot. They sent detailed instructions with photos, diagrams, and a step-by-step walk-through with diagnosis ideas at each stage to help figure out what was going on. What felt like a big issue at first ended up being a very straightforward fix.

I had multiple (all successful) calls regarding repairs I was trying to make to my Baratza Encore. Parts shipped for free, numerous unsolicited follow-ups, and it works like a charm, though I think in the end we will replace it with another of the same. It's been a workhorse for almost 20 years and doesn't owe us anything. One of the best customer service departments I've ever dealt with.
