Problems with delivery

After reading the poor delivery service people received from Barbary and Oak I decided to order through Amazon. It was supposed to be next day delivery but 6 days later my tracking says delayed will notify when shipped. I’ve tried to cancel the order but the company will not accept my cancellation request! This is totally unacceptable, this order has not been shipped, I have not been given any indication on when it will but I’m pretty sure they have taken my money. Not happy at all.

Poor experience

Very poor service supposedly item posted no info which courier snd a week later but received. Chased via email and fb messenger with no reply. No phone number is avl on line. At this stage paid for an item and no idea when/if I might receive it… very poor customer service!

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with Barbary & Oak. My order was delivered in an impressively short time, and the product quality exceeded my expectations. The customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly replying to my emails and resolving my concerns. I highly recommend Barbary & Oak for their outstanding service and high-quality products.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, don't use!

I placed an order on 27th October, they took payment but I didn't recieve an order confirmation and the item has never arrived. There is no contact information beyond a submission form on the website, it's been 10 days since I contacted them via it and no one has responded -- the email given on trustpilot is the first one I've been able to find for them.

Please avoid, having seen the other reviews I'm not convinced they're legit.

Do not use!

Do not use!

Damaged goods on arrival and i cant get a response on a refund/change in product.

Really fustraiting as we are now stuck with a broken product.

damaged goods on arrival

damaged goods on arrival. Emailed company and filled in submission form on website. They responded with automatic reply stating they would look into it and contact me back. Waited over 10 days and still nothing. Proper dodgy!

Never reply, can't get refund

Have been contacting them repeatedly on multiple platforms asking to authorise a return. They never reply.

There is no return address available online, and they state that they don't accept returns that aren't authorised by them in advance. But then they just never answer, apparently. Avoid.
