Poor customer service at barbecues galore Kotara
The service at barbecues galore kotara is terrible. I walked around the whole store looking for a specific item while three staff stood behind the counter talking to each other. I was also one of two people in the store so there is no reason one of the staff members couldn’t offer me assistance. When I eventually found my product on display I waited at the counter until one of the staff members finally looked up to help me. When I asked if I could purchase the item they gave me attitude and rudeness about why I couldn’t get the product myself to which the stock of the product was not visible to customers. An older women with blonde hair served me and was quite rude and silent during my transaction. I did not enjoy my experience shopping at barbecues galore kotara. I will not be returning. I do not recommend buying for barbequees galore kotara due to the poor and rude customer service exhibited.

Zero Star! Purchased a dining set online and haven't delivered after almost 3 weeks and after repeated follow up and promises. They didnt even know about my order if i didnt called and after paying $1000+! Was promised to be delivered by Friday nothing came so called again to follow up and promised to be by Saturday so I cancelled all family plans to be at home but again nothing came. So frustrated and what a waste of time. Bad service, Bad customer service, Not recommended.

Money taken, product not delivered
Ordered a Ziegler and Brown twin BBQ in October from the Warrawong NSW store. We were told that the portable stand was in Sydney but had been delayed being released from Sydney due to industrial action. One that was in Sydney was reserved for us and would be at the store within 6 weeks. No problem, it happens.
WE contacted the store 2 months after we paid and was told that they were waiting on a shipment from overseas and that it would be another 4 weeks to arrive in the country and another 2 weeks to deliver.
So if the one reserved for us was in Sydney, where was it?
The portable stand is now not available to order at all on their website. I now wonder if they make them any more!
We then contacted Barbeques Galore via their online customer service form. No response!

1st purchase was a lemon
1st purchase was a lemon, took over 4hrs to assemble, never worked. Took over 3weeks on someone coming out and telling me the same thing I reported wrong. 2nd purchase was told will be ready early October and now we are Mid December and still waiting🤦🏻♂️, I have had to chase the feedback on arrival twice as they haven't given any information unless I have chased it up myself. Poor customer service

Got a out door table and went to put it together and we have no bolts to put the legs on.. we ordered the table for a time we had help to get it together and now we can't put it together before Christmas as its over 80kg just the top

The customer service was great and the speed of delivery, but trying to assemble it was a nightmare.
We were told the cost of getting it assembled was around $80, which seemed excessive considering the barbeque was only $299 and then delivery $55.
