Great service, great food give them a go.

Placed the order for a non- alcoholic version of one of our original gins from the Salcombe Distillery, to give a try. It was delivered in two days, it was well presented. What’s more the product ticks a lot of boxes, if NA is were you are going.

The fish was delivered in ice and a cool box meaning it was super fresh when I got home.

Really impressed with the personal service received from Dan at Barbury Hill. I ordered two items from different suppliers for a gift and he ensured that they were delivered on the same day, keeping me up to date with all of the tracking details through the different couriers. Despite this I had an issue with one of the items delivered (through no fault of Barbury Hill, more miscommunication from me and mistake by the courier) and Dan came up with an exceptional resolution, which went above and beyond. I have yet to try the products but they look delicious and love that the product range celebrates the best of British produce. Thank you again, will be using again and recommending to all!

This company provides exceptional, first-class customer service! I mentioned on my order that it was a gift for my dad’s birthday and, within minutes of submitting my order, I received an email asking when my dad’s birthday was. I replied to say it was the day after tomorrow and that I did not expect for it to arrive in time, just as soon as they were able. They went over and above my expectations, ensuring that my dad did receive his gift on his birthday and kept me updated via email every step of the way! I would not hesitate to use this company again and I would also happily recommend it to others.

Have just received one of their hampers as a 40th birthday present and I couldn’t be happier. Real quality cheeses, salami, wine and relishes in beautiful packaging, they have obviously put a lot of thought and effort into their suppliers and design.

I was most impressed with this service. I started by putting in the wrong delivery address which was picked up and amended by them immediately. I was kept informed of the delivery all the way and the recipient was thrilled with the oysters and said that the packaging and contents were top class. I would definitely use them again for a special gift.

Such a great little company - gifting dilemma? Barbury Hill have the answer! They definitely have something for everyone but it’s also super lovely to be able to support local and small businesses. We especially love the cheese!
