Bad after sales. These are box movers.
Bad after sales and they don’t know what they are selling. They do not reply to emails. They are good on the phone but told me that the lights I was interested in didn’t have or need transformers/drivers even though the drawing on their web site showed transformers. Sure enough they had transformers when they arrived. When I asked (their message system and email) for details of where to buy a spare driver they didn’t answer. A 2nd transformer I bought from them didn’t work and they will not respond to my request to return it.
