Placed order on Friday 8 sept with 2days shipping, should have arrived on Tuesday (exclude weekend), received email confirmation, after nothing, no updates, even not after writing several emails, when I call nobody picks up. Now 9 days later still nothing complete silence. So I have no clue what is happening and even how to get a refund. I will have to ask my credit card company to chase this on my behalf. Why is there no response, why is their so called great customer service silent? I even email sales department but no reply. This is not done, we are not ordering small items we order important parts we need fast en as such need fast response. I hope somebody reads this and get back to me finally.

Matthew and his team went way above and beyond getting a Zebra printer for our company. I would highly recommend using them to purchase your next equipment. The printers were delayed from Zebra and we were told it would be the first week of August. However, somehow, Matthew and his team got us the printer three weeks early! The man can do magic!

We also feel that it is important to share that your first order placed with us in 10/2019 was delivered within 2-Days. Which led to your second purchase with our company in 1/2020. Once we were notified of your defective product, a RMA was immediatly issued and a replacement printer was delivered within 2-Days. We can certainly understand your frustration on the credit.
