Great product - great smell and superb customer services

Goods dispatch times and good products.

Got a email out of the blue saying we’d signed up for a subscription, we hadn’t we messaged them saying we hadn’t but that has not stopped them trying 5 times to take money out of my bank account. apparently if you want to cancel a subscription you haven’t signed up for you first have to create an account you don’t want it cancelled something else you don’t want what farcical company.

I'm a returning customer to bare bar as I believe there knocking out some good products. This time specifically to try there new and improved deodorant applicator. I had tried it previously when the deodorant was released in the cardboard tubes. Although the deodorant itself was brilliant and smelled lovely. I believed the application itself needed a rethink. Fast forward a year or so and here we are.

Up until now I've been using Wild deodorant but found myself annoyed slightly at the lack of masculine scents (very much a women's brand) so I'm very pleased bare bar proceeded to invest in there vision for the male market of deodorant. Overall very chuffed. Thank you

I've been waiting for the deodorant applicator to come back in stock for a few weeks. I had made enquiries on both social media and email, and Bare Bar got in touch with me to keep me informed.

Great customer service.

I've now bought two applicators (I'm greedy) so I can have two different scents on the go at the same time.

These deodorants are fantastic. There are new scents coming soon after feedback, and the ones they have now are just fantastic. The smells are amazing and guys......you WILL be complimented on how great you smell, trust me.
I can't rate this team highly enough for what they are doing. Keep doing it, please!

The soap and shampoo is fantastic. A great range of scents and last long enough to feel like value for money.
The outstanding part of Bare Bar though has to be the customer service. Everytime I email them, (which is not that often), I have received a reply within a day or two. Any issues I have had, (mainly with the deodourant applicator which has now been rectified), they have dealt with swiftly and without argument.
I honestly can't recommend this company enough.

The molten lather deodorant is great I've just spent a warm 6 hours walking around Edinburgh and then done a hardcore 4 hour drive home I should be on the ripe side by now but the molten lather is still going strong 👍

Awesome natural products from an awesome independent! Have been buying from these guys a few years now and they always come thru for me! The soaps are super soft for sensitive skin and smell great too.

We were buying the bars as a gift, plenty of choice online, easy to order & was delivered quickly in time for giving them as a gift.

Excellent quality items, packaged really well. I’ll be purchasing again and highly recommend. Only down side was not receiving a confirmation email so was unsure if the order had gone through.

I found Bare bar on a Google search to find a new plastic free environmentally friendly company to whom made me feel like a valued customer, as the company I had been loyal to for several years appears to have lost its way & I'm so very glad I did, Bare bar products are excellent, all natural making you feel & smell great with the deodorant never letting me down & in the recent hot weather I've worked several 16hr days plus, they're British so we are supporting our own & they reward you right back. I have also emailed Bare bar & Christian emails you straight back, answering all & any queries, plus there's a loyalty/reward scheme. Great products, great company, great customer service. I now won't buy anything else..
