Throughout my menopause journey I have taken Bare Biology supplements and I feel they have helped me enormously alongside a healthy diet. I have the energy to exercise regularly, my skin is the best it’s been and I feel stronger than ever before. The customer service team are supportive and great for advice when needed. Delivery is always on time and you can easily change dates on the subscription if necessary. I switch to omega 3 with vitamin D for winter and then just take omega 3 on its own in summer. Since starting creatine I’ve noticed a huge difference in the amount of resistance training I can complete. I completely trust the company and products.

Magnesium Bisglycinate Has Filler
Only after purchasing and receiving, could I see on the bottle that 15% is useless Mg oxide that cannot be absorbed. This is hidden in the fine print and makes the bottle poor value. They should be more upfront about this.

Our Ready & Rested magnesium contains 15% magnesium oxide, which is actually very common in magnesium bisglycinate supplements. While many brands choose not to display this information, we have nothing to hide: magnesium oxide helps us provide a higher dose of magnesium in each capsule without making the capsules too large. It also helps with the practical handling of the product by reducing caking and helping maintain the quality and consistency of the supplement.
We always aim to be as transparent as possible, which is why the full ingredients are listed on the product page. We never want to be shady by leaving anything out.

Website easy to use. Emails re confirmation of order and when it was to be delivered we prompt. Royal Mail unfortunately didn’t deliver on the the day they said they would But that’s not reflection on Bare Biology. Would recommend

Fantastic customer service, dispatched very quickly! Just started this product so hopefully I’ll be able to come back and share my findings of how amazing it is very soon! However my little boy does approve of the taste, it has a fresh lemon taste which is pleasant meaning he takes it with ease! After a lot of research into Omega 3 for my child this one came out on top!

Easy to take every day.
Easy to use website, all the products are carefully described and their usefulness explained. The products always arrive on time and well packaged. I find the collagen easy to take every day in my morning coffee as there is no bitter aftertaste and it dissolves easily.
