Customer service is not great
Been trying to contact them about an order I have not received yet looking for tracking details, I have both called and emailed with no reply.
No comment on the products but customer service is not too good.

Great half check collar
We have really struggled to find a good half check collar. However this bare bones one has a clasp so can be set to the correct size and then simply unclipped to remove. The collar is also slightly wider than others we have tried, which is better too. So really pleased with it. Delivery whilst not rapid, was inline with what was suggested at order point. Thank you
