About bareen
Written by the company
Contact info

Outstanding customer service
I live in the Netherlands and I orderd several t-shirts and longsleeves from Bareen. The website worked fine, clean and tight. Shiping and refund was free, this was one of the reasons I placed an order. I was looking for oversized t-shirts, but I have a pretty muscular physique and this is why it's very hard to find a well fitted t-shirt for my proportions.
Unfortunately the t-shirts from Bareen weren't also my fit. That being said, the quality was very nice, clean, good material and for such a good price. Would definetly reccommend if you dont have the size-proportions I have.
I wanted to send my order back, but I could not receive my label for the return through email, due to an error in the returnproces.
Bareen handeled very quickly. They told me i could keep the clothes and get my money back, because this was the fastest way to help me out. I find this outstanding customer service. Without a second thought, Bareen offerd me the quickest solution to my problem.
Definetly would reccommend them as a company 5/5

Dear Heer,
First and foremost I would like to say thank you for your kindness and for taking time sharing your five-star-experience with bareen!
It's wonderful to hear that the website was user-friendly and that you found the quality of the products to be top-notch. We understand that finding well-fitted clothing can be a challenge, but it's great to hear that you appreciated the quality of the items, even though the fit wasn't quite right for you!
Beside, it's an honour to help our costumers in the returnproces. For bareen, happy costumers is the best and it means a lot to us that you find the costumer care outstanding:-)
Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope to see you as a valued customer in the future :-)
Best regards,
Freja, bareen.dk

Good shirts
Shirts are good, but customer service / returning isn't so good. I've been trying to return my package for nearly a month, but because of a problem with their return system it's not possible to give me a return label. Guess they've forgotten about me, because I haven't heard back from them in over 11 days.
Edit: customer service handled this very well

Dear Lard,
We are incredibly sorry for the situation you have been put in. It is of course not optimal that our system error has not been fixed yet. I can't apologize enough times.
On behalf of everyone from Bareen.dk and myself, we hope that the solution we have found together can be a plaster on the wound. We all understand that you are frustrated and we will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible.
