The ordering and delivery went well
The ordering and delivery went well, what I don’t care for is how quickly these cushions start to ooze the coating into my hot tub. This is my third one is 5 years and the only reason the last one lasted is because I wrapped it in Saran Wrap. I had sent a similar complaint last time but I. Am sure the negative reviews get ignored.

I E-mailed a Scott Witter about information pertaining to a spa I purchased and within minutes on a Sunday, he called me. In addition, he was very patient and congenial, and answered other questions pertinent to other spas. Finally, I did not expect him to get back with me until next week. This guy is the bomb. He answered all my questions and is just a down to earth gentleman. You folks have a gold mine. Don't lose him!
Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job…
Anthony and Justin did a fantastic job repairing/Replacing the Balboa Topside panel that went bad very shortly (couple of weeks) after the spa was up and running. They were very helpful in helping us better understand certain features of our spa as well as show us how to remove and clean the fountain strainers that seem need cleaning quite often as they get clogged with hair and debris.
We have been enjoying our swim spas and hope to get many many years of use and enjoyment from it.
I give this experience. 5 Stars,

We had a great experience so far. Our primary contact, Scott, has been very accommodating and worked with us to ensure our purchase made economic sense. Scott also assisted in troubleshooting and addressing questions. They also make contractor recommendations who are specialized in connecting and supporting the hot tub. We would recommend Barefoot to anyone.

Research before buying their "swim spa"
Don't believe the salesman at one of their blowout shows! I can't think of anything he was honest about. He assured me the swim jets were adjustable and wouldn't be a problem. WRONG; their swim jets have one speed, which is too strong to swim against for average swimmers. Adjusting the air vents doesn't help much at all. The salesman gave me his personal number to call with any problems. When the spa didn't heat (and the installed filter was filthy) and I called him, he brushed me off. When I called Support, he told me the heater might be unplugged and how to plug it in, and also sent a new filter. I broke my wrist before I could try the swim tether I bought from Amazon, so still don't know whether I'll be able to swim in the "swim spa," so we still have a 15' hot tub.
We love our Spa
We love our spa and the ease of care. The spa only require very little maintenance each week. no harsh chemicals and ease of ordering items from the company.

I placed my order and didn’t receive any information about delivery, set up or anything. I had to keep contacting the delivery team (which was difficult to get ahold of) and the delivery woman that answered was beyond rude. The spa is on the smaller side, and does not come with any accessories like a cover, and you have to request a manual by emailing customer support. I tried to call customer support to get assistance with set up and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I wish I bought my hot tub from another merchant, which plenty of other companies provide a cover with the spa and set up support. Horrible experience overall!

Would Not Recommend Barefoot Spas
Barefoot Spas was not honest with us. They came to town with one of their expos. They convinced us that if we put money down we would be able to get a refund for whatever reason and install when we were ready.
When we contacted Barefoot Spas to let them know that our HOA would not allow us to install the swim spa they led us to believe for 3 months that we would get our money back. After 3 months we finally got a call from Barefoot Spas to let us know that it has been over a year, they no longer have our credit card on file and they cannot give us a refund due to restocking fees. What restocking fee? We never even recieved a product!
What a scam. I would not recommend giving Barefoot Spas any money unless you are 100% sure you are getting a product because they will likely not honor what they tell you.

I ordered and received my spa headrest for my spa in a timely manner with tracking every step of the way! I was also able to do some of the loyalty rewards program requirements which gave me a 15$ discount which rocked.
