Well my spa is leaking and less than a year old. I contacted customer service 6 days ago and even paid the $150.00 service fee and have yet to be contacted again by anyone at to repair spa. This is not very good way to retain customers.

The fast delivery time and the cost of my replacement filter.

The tub doesn't stay as clean as we were told when I bought the tub a year ago. Not enough information in the user manual and online about the tub. I would not buy another one.

Everything was great! No issues.

Website is a little clunky and difficult to navigate and products expensive with expensive delivery charge. But the products work as expected. That’s a plus.

Went to a blowout sale they had. They salesman and boss were extremely friendly and helpful when they believed I was going to purchase a hot tub. After reading reviews online I decided to hold off and look elsewhere and when I stated to them I would not be purchasing their whole attitude changed and they became rude and hateful. After the salesman sat there and told us how he didn't like to be a pushy salesman and then they just treated us like trash. I would not recommend buying from them because if their after customer service is as bad as before and according to reviews I read it is just as bad.

All was delivered promptly, and set up with no time. Great communication between salesperson. Hot tub looks great 👍

Did not get what I paid for and Barefoot is refusing to accept their mistake and make it right, kind of like the last time I did business with them.
I was told they had cleaned up their act, obvious they are really good about lying.
Only way to resolve it dispute and file legal actions.
If you’re shopping, do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere, seems nothing is going to make this company ever live up to their promises.

We attended a blowout sale in Manassas, VA in January. With in a week we had delivery of our spa. Once we had things up and running, I ran into an issue. I was able to find a Facebook group for owners to see if the issue I had was something I could fix. The sales manager that sold us the spa, responded with in an hour to my post. We had a trouble ticket submitted and new parts ordered with a day or two. The warranty work was quickly scheduled with in a week once I received the parts. So far, excellent service, customer service, and product. Folks need to have a real expectation when making a purchase such as this.

Trying to figure out the replacement sizes of head pads online was difficult.
I made a call to customer service, she was terrific, explained the sizes weren't correct on the website also suggested that I should remove the pads when the spa was not in use.
I had no idea, so in the future, I'll certainly remove the pads.
I know now, it'll extend the life of them.

Purchase group was friendly but didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call back. Delivery was quick and delivery people were good, the spa is really nice though I’m not used to a spa running constantly my old spa cycled and I’m feeling like that maybe saved energy, time will tell there. Giving a 4 because I did get a quality product at a fair price and when in contact representatives were good to work with.

They are always wonderful to work with which is why we continue to buy their products!!
